Excellent food service great rang restaurant got in within 5 minutes Would recommend to anyone staying in pickering big portion of food Staff brilliant. Traveled from kent staying in pickering if I had known I would have booked a 2 night stay as well.

The two of us went, myself and my mother, both ordered steaks, cooked to how we wanted, plenty of flavour, great customer service and very quick, there were plenty of people in aswell which is always a good sign, definitely be going again. See you soon

Went for Wednesday curry night and it was disgusting even though they were not rushed as we were the only ones eating , the chicken was tough the sauce had no taste and the frozen chips were not cooked properly. When I told told the member of staff she just said she would tell the chef and still charged full price. She was more interested in slagging off the owners of the caravan park and closing early and moaning about people coming in late the night before when she wanted to close early, she clearly needs to find another job as this is a pub with customers. We had also eaten there on the Sunday and at best the food is overpriced and mediocre.

Had to book for 5 people, rang around and found this pub. Arrived, shown to table promptly, had a good range, I and another had steak, another pie, can't remember what else was ordered. Meals came out within 20mins, they were busy, all were good size and well cooked, can't fault it, steaks we order, one medium and one medium rare spot on. Service was good and Barca laugh with them. Recommend going there.
