late check-in procedure was easy enough, and the room was clean and spacious no aircon was suboptimal + you can unlock the door by reaching in the windows 😭😭 overall it was pretty good though

Location is perfect, but could be noisy during night or morning cause many travellers in and out.

Very clean and tidy small hotel with convenient parking. It only takes a few minutes to walk from the Picton Ferry Terminal. I regret not staying one more night because I was not familiar with it and did not have time to walk the nearby coastal greenway.

The hotel staff was friendly and allowed us to park the car until the afternoon. It is a 2-minute walk from the Time Center and close to the pier. The starting point for many activities.
