The hotel is located outside the city close to an industrial area and agricultural fields. The room is quite crowded, and the hotel shows signs of the times. Parking is plentiful and also Wi-Fi, breakfast is reasonable. The price is not cheap and the total value is reasonable

Purtroppo e dico purtroppo, perché sono sempre stato contrario alle recensioni soprattutto quando c'è da criticare. Ma ecco che c'è sempre una prima volta. Ci troviamo in zona a Terni x un lutto. E proviamo a telefonare in questo hotel ed eccoci che ci risponde il Sig.Marco che è di turno nella reception. Accettiamo la proposta della camera anche se il prezzo molto alto soprattutto dopo aver visto la camera . Altro che 4 stelle qui forse c'è ne sta 1 stella si è no camera e mobili vecchi come 100anni fa ma quale 4stelle🤦.a comunque tutto ci sta e ci si passa sopra. La cosa che non riesco a tollerare Purtroppo il Sig. Marco alla reception voto 0. Arriviamo lì e purtroppo dopo una giornata non facile. Il Fenomeno Marco inizia con delle Battute stubite a dir poco Nonostante la nostra espressione non è stata positiva e il fenomeno continua oltre alle battute anche le domande. Mi fermo qui perché è lunga Ringrazia che ero in compagnia di una donna Altrimenti ti avrei risposto io e come se ti avrei risposto. Delusione totaleeeee. Un consiglio al Fenomeno Dati al Ippica La reception non fa per te lascia perdere .

Come da titolo, 4 stelle mi paiono troppe. OK che c’è la piscina (che si trova all’aperto, fruibile quindi solo d’estate) ma in generale considerando decoro di stanze & struttura, servizi ed assortimento della prima colazione 3 stelle sono a parer mio più adeguate. Nota positiva: molto cortese e disponibile il personale nella sua interezza.

La struttura si presenta elegante e accogliente. Lo staff molto cordiale e subito pronto a intervenire nei piccoli inconvenienti tecnici (camera prontamente sostituita per problemi con l'aria condizionata). Camere pulite e attrezzate. Consigliata la cena al ristorante il canto del gallo...Cucina davvero ottima, un pò meno brillante il servizio...era chiaro che i giovani camerieri erano alla loro prima esperienza...ci sono ampi spazi di miglioramento!!! Resta la location ideale per la visita alla Cascata delle Marmore. Ci torneremo!!!

Ottimo hotel, accoglienza cordiale e professionale. Stanze grandi, pulite, curate. Bagno pulito e nuovo, ottima dotazione di prodotti da bagno. Letto molto comodo. Buona la colazione, ampia scelta di prodotti dolci e salati. Mancavano le uova, unico appunto. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Abbiamo soggiornato la notte del 31 dicembre per fare il cenone di san Silvestro, durante un giro in Umbria, prima colazione scarsa sia per qualità che per quantità, il cenone difficile da descrivere per quanto di una qualità talmente scarsa, tutto freddo e pronto sui tavoli dal pomeriggio, è la prima volta senza spumante per brindare, lenticchie come indicato nel menù, sconsigliato

Terribile. Struttura vecchia e non molto ben tenuta. Camere anguste e assolutamente non insonorizzate. Io avevo una camera singola sopra alla reception e attaccato all'ascensore. Ho dormito praticamente 4 ore in tre notti perchè fino alle due di notte e dalle sei in poi era un continuo rumore, tra l'ascensore che suonava ogni volta che qualcuno saliva o scendeva, lo sciabattare della gente sulla scala, e il ****** dei checkin alla reception era veramente impossibile. Quando ho fatto presente questo grave disagio dicendo che era improponibile far dormire qualcuno in una camera del genere, dato anche il prezzo non economico, la persona alla reception mi ha offerto come "rimborso" per il disagio provocatomi le due bottigliette d'acqua che avevo consumato. Inaccettabile.

Struttura non nuova, ma ben tenuta. Stanze grandi, accoglienti e pulite. personale estremamente cortese e disponibile. Colazione per tutti i palati e abbondante. Completano il tutto l'ubicazione, a pochi minuti dalla meravigliosa Narni, facilmente raggiungibile e la piscina. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.
