Excellent location, great breakfast, and the Pienza viewing platform is behind the hotel

The location, environment and scenery are all first-class. The price-performance ratio is super high. It is recommended to stay for two nights, drink and enjoy the scenery. The map is wrong, the hotel door does not show that the main door is 30 meters behind.

The hotel did not inform in advance that there was no parking lot. The room was very dark, and the beams had burnt marks, making it quite eerie. The toilet seat was broken and the single chair was so stained that I didn't dare to sit on it. Because there is no dressing table, I opened the bedside drawer and found that it was also full of dust and hair, which was not hygienic. Shocked, if this is considered a four star hotel. The breakfast was acceptable and the staff were very friendly. The hotel is located in the center of the town. In fact, the town is so small that you can explore it in an hour. All in all, I would definitely not stay here if I had to choose again. I won't recommend this '4 stars hotel'.

Great location in the middle of the old town and great value for money. We had a great stay and enjoyed it very much.

Structure in the historic center of Pienza created from an old monastery, service and hospitality at the top, the rooms should only be equipped with a few more 4-star accessories (courtesy kit, slippers, bathrobe) but otherwise a truly enchanting place. Swimming pool with breathtaking views, internal restaurant with service and customer care at the highest levels (well done to all the guys and the owner) even if used only for an aperitif, fantastic breakfast with many local products. Absolutely to return.
