La peniche is a small,cosy family run restaurant and hotel. The rooms are spotless, warm and cosy. With lovely views. The restaurant was amazing , truly great food, and a warm friendly atmosphere. The owners were so welcoming and helpful. We can't wait to return

Unexpected A family run restaurant with excellent food. The new owners here for the last three months have brought intelligent cuisine a small, but varied menu and smiling and attentive service. The terrine de campagne, home made, moist and flavorful, what should we say about the rum steak?tender and tasty rum steak with a homemade coulis de tomate, the sandre ( pike perch) perfectly cooked, panna cotta with rhubarbe a perfect ending to this meal located in a quiet road next to the Lateral canal of the Loire . They specialize in local fresh products

Une expérience culinaire juste incroyable digne d un gastro Le chef cuisinier Laurent est un passionné et ça se voit Produits frais du terroir , nous nous sommes régalés , juste parfait Merci aussi à Alexandra son épouse pour son acceuil et sa gentillesse Le petit déjeuner est excellent également Le cadre très reposant au bord de la Loire nous sort de notre vie active Je recommande cette belle expérience

Nous avons passé 2 nuits et 2 jours magnifiques et délicieux à la Péniche, à 4 dont 2 enfants : l'accueil et le service sont super chaleureux, pro et adaptés aux grands et aux petits, et la cuisine est tout simplement exceptionnelle !! Un régal du début à la fin, à chaque service, un travail créatif et parfaitement exécuté par le Chef Laurent, avec une (vraie) attention portée aux produits locaux et bien travaillés. Un seul problème dans le séjour : il a fallu repartir à la fin...

C’est notre 3e visite dans ce restaurant. À chaque fois c’est un véritable plaisir ! Le menu confiance nous permet d’avoir la surprise de notre repas. C’est très agréable de manger des produits de la région. L’accueil est chaleureux et soigné. Le restaurant a été refait avec goût. Nous reviendrons évidemment !
