Hotel Park

"I was there for the 3rd time, this time with my daughter to have some relax in thermal town. I have chosen again this hotel for its services, restaurant, nice position in the park. And especially for the free swiming pool open from early morning till late evening. Arrived on Saturday 23/05, all seemed OK. Sunday morning we went to swim, it was perfect. Monday morning we went to swim - the pool was empty, no announcement what is going on. The reception told us that it is an emergency, some leaks and will be closed for 3 days, till 27/05. Later the announcement only in Slovak language, nearby the lift. I wonder if the other foreigners have undersood something ... But more strange was the fact that these "some leaks" seemed the planned restoration of the pool, they painted the ceiling!!! And moreover, after some days I have read in the local paper that the Hotel welcomed the national congress of nurses, starting on 28/05. And also that on 31/05 there was a celebrating evening and dinner for the official opening of the thermal season, with the rappresentatives from the Municipal office and the friendship cities. So where is the truth? It seems that the hotel management decided to "make more pretty" some hotel's locations, the pool included, to show it to the guests. Because the leaks could be repaired in some hours, not 3 days. What is absolutely inaccepted that we, the guests with booked period, were not advised in time, I would change the period of our stay and not paid over 800 euros for inesisting service!!!"

Ensana Thermia Palace

"I had a fantastic trip here in November that could’ve been a disaster but wasn’t due to the amazing manager (Branov) and all the employees. I came specifically for the wellness treatments, so was excited for a weeklong stay. Unfortunately when I met with the dr to prescribe a plan, a condition I have precluded me from any of the treatment I’d specifically come to receive. I’d written in advance to double check this was ok, and unfortunately received a reply that led me to believe I could. After graciously accepting their mistake, the team did everything they could to ensure my stay was still a good one. The property is beautiful, the surrounding area was great to explore ( esp if you like country walks or trail running). I also loved the outdoor pool and infrared sauna. It ended up being the fantastic relaxing trip I’d wanted, just worked out differently than I’d planned. HIGHLY RECOMMEND you double check any pre-existing conditions with the clinic (being as specific as possible)"

"The hotel is in an ideal location. It is close to both the town and the spa. The food is excellent, with a wide variety of choices. The rooms are clean. Parking is available in front of the hotel."

Hotel Park Avenue

"New owners Clean rooms and hallways Easy to find Close to Main Street in the city Internet works fine Television in room has several stations in local language, German and italien Breakfast was ok good selection of food and coffee, tea and juice"

Grand Hotel Residence

"Grand Hotel, Piešťany. Stay from November 3–6, 2025. Two persons. A very disappointing experience at a property rated as 4 stars but not reflecting that standard at all. • Room never cleaned during three days, fridge switched off and full of mold. • Bathroom in terrible condition: limescale in the toilet, mold in the shower, small and impractical sink, unhygienic fittings. • Breakfast poor and of low quality; shockingly, coffee was charged as an extra despite being included. • Relaxation area with jacuzzi dirty and neglected. • Safe unstable and insecure, easily removable. In summary: neglected property, inadequate services, and quality far below expectations. The four-star rating is completely unjustified."

Ensana Esplanade

"I would love to write a good review but it is heart-breaking how the ownership allowed this beautiful and world famous spa to degenerate. All spa houses bar Thermia are run down and shabby. The lobby in Esplanade is at least 25 years old. The prices are very high especially for the treatments but it seems nothing is invested back to the hotels... Service varies. We had good and bad experience. Some people clearly didn't want to be there.. I hope this will improve and the legacy of Winter family will be upheld."

Splendid Ensana HSH

"Beautifully renovated hotel with ample parking, excellent food all inclusive with generous choices, beer and wine included. Snack bar open all day for snacks. Clean thermal pools, nice clean procedure rooms.Hotel is in a gorgeous park, walking distance to the town. Entertainment every night. Highly recommend"

Zuckmann Villa

"We visited Piestany only for 1 day and stayed in Zuckman Villa apartment. We were surprised how beautiful is apartment designed. We ussually dont like to stay in different places other than our home, but this Place is unique and we felt very good in here. Location is in center of town and terraces were full of people in the evening. Very lively place. Thank you Zuckman villa, we will visit next time for sure. Branislav"
