We're across the street from the Titanic, turn Left at Dunkin Donut's. We even offer an outdoor heated pool April 1 to Oct 31 and an Indoor heated pool open year round. We also have a Year round Hot Tub. Playground, Picnic Tables and BBQ's. This unit has all new appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. There is a jetted tub in the master bedroom. LCD flat screen TVs are located in the master bedroom and living room. There is a washer, dryer & blowdryer too. Master bedroom has a king bed and a single bed off of the living room. Bed is comfortable and adults fit just fine). Lots of choices are just steps or a short drive away. Shopping at the outlets, hike, bike or ski the mountains, go to Dollywood theme park and Splash Country water park. Groceries are available just a mile away at Super Walmart or Kroger. We have many restaurants to choose from and several walking distance. We're also close enough that you can walk to 3 Showcase Theaters Tennessee Shindig, Smith Family Theater and Country Tonight. Lots of choices are just steps or a short drive away. Shopping at the outlets, hike, bike or ski the mountains, go to Dollywood theme park and Splash Country water park. Groceries are available just a mile away at Walmart or Kroger. We are just over a mile from the new convention center & The Island and just over 3 miles to Dollywood. Our condo is on the 2nd floor and offers an elevator and unit can be accessed by a wheelchair. Bathroom has extra wide doorways Sorry No Smoking inside and no Pets per the condo policy.
