It was amazing! The room was very clean and had a lot of space. Front desk ladies very nice. Check out was easy. Beautiful Mountain View’s. Best place I have stayed in a while.

The condo was very spacious and the views were spectacular. The staff was friendly. We truly enjoyed the property and accommodations.
The concierge service was lacking at this Hilton property. They never answered on several attempts and never returned our messages but did want to sell us a time share when we arrived.

The staff is so nice and very accommodating! Top-notch Customer Service. This resort spared the expense on the mattress and pillows! The bed and pillows were by far the most comfortable than any place I have ever stayed in. This is usually the problem and most hotels and resorts, but not this one! We experienced a great night sleep after a full day at Dollywood splash country.

We had planned a 3 day stay but checking the weather forecast it was supposed to be raining the 3rd day. I ask the night clerk if we could get a refund if we checked out a day early and she said yes. The next morning when checking out, the morning clerk stated I would have to go back to ******* to get a refund. ******* stated they would work with Mgmt to obtain a refund but Mgmt refused and so I called and spoke to the Manager and she refused to refund the last day stating the night clerk was new and she not have told us we could get a refund for the last night. I would never stay here again due to the attitude Mgmt had regarding our stay.

Below average stay
Room looked dated along with furniture looking worn, wore out and uncomfortable.. Nice view from balcony but condition of the balcony was rough with rusted metal railings, cob webs and wasp nests... not very warm and welcoming...

The room layout was perfect for families with full amenities. The view from the back patio was spectacular. Very worth the price
Even though under renovations the overall look was very nice. Ideal location off the main drag but very close and convenient access.
