This hotel is located in the shabby town of Ondara, and like the town itself, is not up to the standard expected by guests in 2024. The rooms are basic, very no frills. The public areas (bar, restaurant/breakfast room) are grim. On arrival we were kept waiting by the rather clueless and not very helpful manager/barman/receptionist while he counted the coins in his till. He seemed unable to greet guests with a smile, or make us feel welcome. We ate out with friends that evening and in the morning intended to eat breakfast but the gloomy, old-fashioned breakfast room and the miserable faces of a couple of other diners encouraged us to make a swift departure and get on the road sooner than expected. Not a pleasant experience. This hotel is like a throw back to the days when expectations and standards of hotels were much lower. Avoid.

The welcome from the man behind the reception could not have been worse : miserable, unfriendly. This set the tone for (fortunately) our 1 night stay. The room was clean although it had no bedside lights and the bathroom door didnt close properly. We went to have breakfast the next morning and walked straight out the room: it was grim - not a place to enjoy any meal. We were so glad to leave, and enjoyed great coffee and pastries at the petrol station a few KM down the road instead

Siamo stati ad Ondara per la festa di San Giacomo ed abbiamo optato per questo hotel molto centrale. Le persone molto cordiali ma unica pecca della strutturala colazione pagata 9 euro a persona(scarnissima e la ragazza che era responsabile molto scostante). Per il resto albergo modesto ma confortevole.

Quería ir este finde con mi pareja por la zona de Denia, sin dejarnos un pastizal, y elegimos esta opción, atraídos por las buenas reseñas. Lo que leímos al respecto del excepcional trato, se queda corto. Se trata de un lugar donde es la propia familia quien lo regenta, y eso se nota (y mucho), en cada minuto de tu estancia. Desde Tere hasta Cati, son todos unos amores; dejándote cualquier cosa que te haga falta para ir a la playa de su “super baúl”, y recomiendo comer y/o cenar en el bar del hotel, comida riquísima (y excelente café) a un precio más que razonable. El super desayuno en la azotea (por favor por favor), con una brisita riquísima y vistas al Mongó, no tiene precio. Volveremos, sin ninguna duda!

Solemos acudir con bastante regularidad al restaurante del hotel y tanto el servicio como la comida ha sido excelente, destacando el guacamole de Priscila. Cuentan con la terraza perfecta para amenizar las cenas en verano. 👍👍👍👍👍👍

Muy buen trato y cercano. Habitaciones cómodas, modernas y con aire acondicionado. El buffet del desayuno es completo y no dejan de sacar cosas. No tiene parking, pero es fácil aparcar incluso en Agosto. Sin duda volveré si estoy por la zona.
