"We like the hotel very well! I want to leave my feedback about the room I stayed ( we were directed to a room for physically disabled ) even if I said at the reception that I and my husband would stay. I only saw when we came up and I found it very unscrupulous and could have been informed. I went to ask about it, and the receptionist said it was bigger and had more rooms for the disabled. They never asked me if I wanted to change my room or if everything was okay! I didn't like that! Because I know they had other rooms. Finally... I hope that on another occasion, I will be asked before to not be in this situation. I thank you for your understanding. Simone Gregnanin Florida USA"

"Very good service . Good room also but NOT is king size bed as announced and but two single beds together . And the beds are bad . Breakfast could be better . Some details like presunted not being passed would be important . The price is unacceptable for the poor cheese bread to serve yoghurt in the jar; those of the most vague who sell in plastic bags."

"The hotel offers full pension with a spectacular breakfast, lunch and very good dinner with a variety of varieties, and without rows, even with the lofty hotel. But the strongest point was the recreation team, we traveled a lot and wem doubts that team caught not only the children, but all of us adults. They promoted interaction between guests and with great joy made us do things that have undoubtedly been recorded in our memory, and in my opinion, that is what we bought when we closed a trip."
