The property is located in Seminole on the Intracostal waterway surround by florida mangroves. This little gem is a lovely 3 bedroom cottage, complete with a living room, full kitchen, and dining area and additional back patio with short white pickett fenced in area that's perfect if bringing a pet. Located less than 5 minutes from Indian Shores Beach. Its a quick car or bike ride or makes for a great morning jog over the bridge for a walk on the beach. Plenty of shopping and amenties just 2.3 miles away at Seminole City Center Entertainment district. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful property
VERY close to local beaches; a bit of a drive to Tampa proper. Lots of room for kids to play outside. Hosts were very responsive to text messages. Lovely place to stay.

I would have gave them 5 stars , but no sauce pans or kettles . Only 2 frying pans . Small ones.

The property was as shown. The outdoor living space was in poor condition with a lot of uneven surfaces. The landscaping was nonexistent so you were pretty much looking at a mowed down field. You are surrounded by trees or brush so you cannot see the water. The front gate is tarped so you cannot see out. The gate was a nuisance to open and close each time you left the property. If you are looking for privacy, this would be a good place for you. If you want to relax in the backyard like we were looking for this is not the place for you.

Great cottage
This little cottage was perfect for our stay. It is tucked in a very nice neighborhood. Close to many things, the beach, stores. When we come to stay in this area I would book this place again!

Cottage
Horrible! Stayed one night and found other accommodations. The place was not clean, bathroom was dark and stinky. It looked liked the place was pieced together with several other houses. The washer and dryer in the garage were rusting. The house was on a piece of land that reminded me of a pasture. No driveway and had to walk through two inch rainwater to get to the front door. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!
