Perfect for our whole family We had my parents, mother-in-law, four (adult and teenage) kids as well as our pets with us. We were all very comfortable. The pool in the back is perfect. This is the most well stocked rental we have stayed in. The location is central. We went to Fort De Soto Beach with the dogs, Clearwater Beach and Maderia Beach to jet ski and watch the sunset. We went to the North Shore Aquatic Complex to watch a swim meet too The host is very responsive and we really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect stay for a big family We searched far and wide for a VRBO with enough beds AND a pool near the beach. This place was perfect! Very well stocked with beach toys, towels, kitchen items, bedding etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We will definitely stay here again!

Very nice property the kids loved the bunk beds and the most part the pool it’s a very beachy elegant place once you walked in it felt like your on vacation that’s how us adults have felt everything in the house felt made you feel like you was in the beach just peace and joyfulness we enjoyed our stay and we all look forward to visiting again

Great home & hosts Clean and cozy property. Location was very centralized for all of our needs. Comfy beds, seating, dining. Host is respectful and very responsive. 10/10 would recommend and definitely would stay again!

Tampa Graduation We came to the Tampa area because my daughter was graduating from the University of Tampa. We are from Iowa. I needed a place that felt like home to hang a small gathering for her graduation. This home was perfect and fun. We made memories for a lifetime!!

Fabulous House w/ a Pool We stayed at Chris' place for our daughter's December USF graduation weekend. The house was perfect for our family and friends crew. The house is lovely and the pool area is so fun! Everything we needed was there. The neighborhood is a quiet, safe residential area and there was plenty of parking. Chris is a master communicator and addressed every question and need we had. The beds were all very comfortable and the place was spotless! We chose the area because it was central to St. Pete, USF, and the airport. Highly recommend this property and this host!

We would 100% stay here again! We would 100% stay here again! The house was adorable! It was fully stocked with all the necessities for our family of six (our two boys under the age of 7, both grandmothers & my husband & myself). The house was spotless, had plenty of towels/linens, & a fully stocked kitchen. The pool was so clutch! It was very clean the entire week we were there & had plenty of pool toys to keep us all entertained. The hosts were so quick to respond to all of our many questions. We can’t wait to come back!
