花錢住酒店，東西落在房間既不聯繫核實，保潔和前台直接私自丟掉，真是大開眼界。連最基本的責任心和職業素養都沒有，做事蠻橫隨意，完全不把客人財物當回事。所謂服務就是敷衍了事，衹顧自己省事，漠視他人權益。不提醒、不保管、不詢問，直接丟棄，自私又傲慢，毫無底線。這樣的服務態度和管理水平，難怪讓人糟心，花錢買糟心，以後絕不會再來，也奉勸其他人避雷，別被這家店不負責任的操作坑了。垃圾

住了兩晚，整體滿意。衞生做得認真，床品舒服，隔音還行。前台和打掃阿姨都挺和氣，事兒辦得快。老闆親自接待的，有問題反映後馬上解決了，看得出來在用心做。下次來的話還會選這家。
