五一出遊，定下去九龍山度假區及平湖周邊景點看看，於是早早就上攜程，找到了這家麗楓酒店，也搜查了這家內房設施，房間大小，酒店外觀，看到他們貼圖，一張蠻高的樓，看的是外觀，實際是反應它的規模，從規模可以判斷它服務等級衞生管理嚴管的措施等等，在找這家酒店的路上，就有點後悔了，這整個一片區，就是一個工業園區，各類廠有化工廠，服裝廠，食品廠……數不勝數，酒店正門連高德地圖都找錯道路，走到岔道買賣二手車的商家的店的路，不通的，實際就在酒店左邊，酒店右邊也是緊挨着的一個廠，唉:-（，節假日，各類有品質的酒店應該不好找，既來之則安之吧，登記入住，先是被安排在8樓，去看了後，8樓有早餐廳，有洗衣房，有健身房，這樣子的樓層，就是人員往來頻繁，就是很吵鬧的，於是，下樓要求換層樓，前台也作了更改被安排到11樓，在換的過程中，才發現知道，這酒店總共衹有4層樓面，8-11，是屬於這酒店的，規模立馬打回原型，於是到房脱鞋換拖鞋，走在房間地板上，拖鞋像走在沙子上，於是，拿了自帶的酒精濕紙，檫地板，不檫不知道，一檫就知道，這房有多久沒檫了，打開窗簾看看周邊，全是廠，幸好是節假日，工廠放假着，不開工，不然，相信這裏的空氣質量也有擔憂，好了，看到這樣子的衞生狀況，於是一家人，幹起了打掃房間的工作，所有的都檫了一遍，消了毒，弄好後，周邊沒商業網點，晚飯要解決，問了前台，周邊特色飯店，衹有一家“乍浦國營老飯店”，驅車找過去，獨此一家，排隊到200多號人，……周邊也沒有像樣一點的飯店，用餐非常不方便，所以，選錯酒店也將自己用餐弄了複雜！再説説早餐，一房提供2人免費餐，多一個38元/位，價不貴，但，都是以碳水居多，蛋白質的除煮蛋，荷包蛋，牛奶，豆漿，腸肉（看着就是添加劑居多），炒菜，第一天，全是素的，第二天，有一個養雞樣的雞，白斬雞，，很小的餐廳，過了8點30分（早餐時間7-9：30），來的人基本沒有菜了，聽服務人員説，146位客人，這點人就這接待規格，後面來的人就吃不到啥了，寫了這麼多，並不是來吐槽的，而是指出問題，希望今後改正的，地裏位置（硬件）不理想，但可以用服務（軟件）去作彌補，比如衞生狀況、早餐伙食，用餐環境再大些，（可以更舒適），節假日到店的住客，可以贈送隨食，比如水果，讓人看到誠意（全沒有），請用酒店的意識去服務酒店賓客，而不是用了物業公司人員管理了物業吧！哦，對了，酒店地下停車場，垃圾多得來，臟臟的，又不明亮！！！
