兩三天不退按金，我自己都快忘了，結果退按金還莫名其妙的扣錢，説枕套臟了要扣20，枕套上面就一點口水印子而已，怎麼可能喜不乾淨呢？而且房間比較老，電腦設施也極其老化，不建議入住，再見

二點鐘到的 四點鐘才打掃出房間 還是在我們坐到了房間裏面 兩個阿姨 一個在嗑瓜子一個馬虎搞兩下就走了 等了兩個小時 搞完衞生還要我們別搞臟了 有那個時間嗑瓜子你們兩個人早就搞出來了吧😅😅😅😅😅😅

衞生不好，基本就是簡單整理一下。亂收費，入住時飲品就是缺的，退房時，直接扣除。連贈品都沒有使用，還能用飲品嗎？衞生間有上一次留下的煙頭。浴品也是上一次剩的，還沒有放全，沒有香皂。大大的差評，建議更換保潔人員。以後再到平江出差就是睡馬路也不會去他家。

前台開始挺熱情的。房間裝修風格不錯也很乾凈，衹是熱水器壞了，和前台打電話説她説等一下回電話的結果沒影了，沖了個冷水澡。早上下去退房讓她送個早餐券當補償，前台説電競這邊不歸陽光酒店管，訂房沒入住前問她又説是一起的，懵圈…

噁心死了那麼大的酒店衞生這樣，這樣咋睡啊臟死了床上黃黃的，在沙發縫隙裏面還找到上一個住户玩的真心話大冒險的牌，我真服了晚上跟前台打電話也沒跟我説換房什麼的就説下次會注意也不去處理這個問題前台那男的極度差評上晚班的，沒有一點解決問題的想法衹有敷衍打發客人的，體驗感真的很差，電腦還好2060不是很卡，房間燈光很暗，衞生極差，服務態度有問題

酒店設施太垃圾，無熱水比較老久，電競房無電競椅電腦也特別卡，發票也沒辦法開，出差玩樂不建議入住
