前台服務人員非常貼心，等待入住時候會貼心奉上茶水。酒店設施設備都很齊全，各方面衞生做的很乾凈，位置也距離高速很近，出來遊玩或出差都方便，值得推薦

打開酒店的大門 一陣芳香瀰漫在我鼻腔裏 前台個個聲音甜美服務熱情 介紹了酒店的免費洗衣房和健身房等 給人一種親切感 知道我們帶了小孩還給我們準備了小童牙膏小童拖鞋和小童沐浴露 進入房間 無論是房間的衞生、大小、採光、乾濕分離的洗浴還是房間內智能的設備設施 都讓我驚呼性價比太高！ 小孩子吵着要看動畫片 我又不是特別會調 打電話給前台可以説是有呼必應 立馬安排了服務員過來了 投影很清晰 會員電影還能免費看！ 晚上酒店還提供晚安養生粥和牛奶 喝完牛奶 躺在棉花似的床上不一會便進入夢鄉 早上預約了一個叫醒服務 前台用甜美温柔的聲音準時叫醒了我 並提醒今天天氣和一樓有自助早餐可以享用 早餐種類非常豐富 還照顧到了所有人羣的口味 平江特色麪條、新鮮的水果、種類豐富的點心等等可以説是應有盡有 這次住的酒店讓我想飆一句英文make me feel at home 讓我感到賓至如歸 下次一定還會來的！

離高速駕車幾三個紅綠燈五分鐘不到就到了，地下停車場很方便，電梯直達大廳和樓層，還做了政府“利劍護蕾”的個性化提示，前台的工作人員真的很漂亮，實話，不吹牛（全天的都漂亮[偷笑]）不單止漂亮還熱情好客、笑得很甜，説話還好聽，我竟然站那聽着做完酒店增值服務，停車的介紹。關鍵我還是個女的，羨慕啊。
洗衣服務很好，拿去洗，摺疊後幫送回來了。健身房，看見人在跑步，但我懶，沒跑沒用。房間，超預期的大，裝修風格讓整個空間清新、自由的感覺，這點超讚，不像有些酒店進去會壓抑，太過深沉。做為女性客人，前台竟然送了我一壺補氣血的養生茶，也真是YYDS，落地窗很美，陽光、自然、愜意、放鬆、舒適。沖涼房這乾濕分離，水壓超級不錯。説説早餐，這口味，這菜式，也要點贊，口味濃淡隨君，這點在湖南少見，大多數酒店偏鹹偏辣。要給出超級讚的是，他們的豆漿竟然是豆子現榨的，我喝了兩杯，難得啊，這些年遇到的多數是豆粉沖的，哎。唯一有點遺憾的，沒能多待幾天。

酒店位置很棒，房間佈局的挺漂亮的，衞生做的也很乾凈，特別是房間還有投影儀可以手機投屏看電影，投影儀清晰度高，另外前台小姐姐服務態度很不錯呦非常熱情，前台小姐姐也非常通情達理給我們做了房型調整，還每次問我們缺不缺什麼，晚上還有晚安奶和養生粥可以送到房間，很關心我們，服務的很到位，強烈推薦給來平江旅遊的朋友們，首選雲泊酒店[玫瑰][玫瑰]

沒以前好了。第一間房的電視壞了進不去系統，後面給我換了間房，結果第二間房的燈壞了，拔了房卡還是亮着的，最後頂着亮光睡了一晚。而且洗澡水忽冷忽熱

幫爸媽定的，酒店房間很大，設施也很新，衞生搞得很乾凈，爸媽都説住的好舒服。服務很到位，前台小姐姐還給送了壺花茶，好暖心

優點：
酒店乾淨，有健身房、洗衣房（可烘乾），房間可投影，作為商務出差來説還是不錯的選擇。
工作人員問候到位，也比較熱情。早上酒店會帶領員工做八段錦，我還挺喜歡跟着做了一陣。
缺點：
大堂很小，入住的時候在前台等辦理手續，旁邊也在辦入住的幾個人一直在抽煙而工作人員沒有任何制止，這也造成了酒店電梯間幾乎無論何時都有一股煙味。這點讓人非常不適，衹要搭乘電梯頭髮上就會沾上煙味，並且工作人員應該有職責制止他人在公共場合抽煙。
