酒店環境很好，設施齊全，我在3號樓住了2天，服務主管每天到房間送酸奶、噓寒問暖，讓客人温馨到家。酒店位置優越，距離高速路出口很近，距離崆峒山客服中心和古鎮幾分鐘車程。

已經是第二次入住了，房間很寬敞，雖然是老酒店，但是能夠感受到裝修的品質，設施完善，酒店很大，綠化、水系、亭台樓閣全都做的很美，就像住在大公園裡，出遊休閑都是不錯的選擇。離崆峒山景區特別近，不到十分鐘的車程。我們第一天爬了崆峒山，帶着長者來的，第二天下雨。就在酒店裡轉轉，到游泳館免費游泳，長者玩的很高興，也不累，下午在房間的露台上賞景喝茶聊天，晚上去餐廳吃了好吃的手抓羊肉。服務人員都很熱情，特別是客房五號樓的小李團隊，讓我們真正感受到什麼叫賓至如歸，非常感謝。下次還會入住。

下高速兩三分鐘就到了，停車場很大。房間不算大但是衞生很乾凈，有露台，院子很大，很好玩，很乾凈，帶孩子可以玩上大半天。

酒店比較老 但是很大 裏面真的太大了，我們來的時候剛好碰到沙塵暴 落了一地櫻花 第二天清晨 空氣也好 除了酒店櫃子看起來都比較老舊了 其他都蠻好的 服務員也很熱情 還送了酸奶 價格便宜 性價比高 就是位置有點偏了 我們自駕遊 開車還行

酒店風景特別好，像個公園。餐廳非常不錯，品種豐富，味道好物美價廉。房間也比較大，就是裝潢有點老了。電氣、衞浴設備有點老化，有壞的現象。服務很好有求必應。希望有時間把所有的房間的衞浴和電氣都檢查一下。增強客人的體驗感。
