Guangcheng Hotel

The hotel environment is very good and the facilities are complete. I stayed in Building 3 for 2 days. The service supervisor delivered yogurt to the room every day and asked about the guests' well-being, making the guests feel at home. The hotel is in a prime location, very close to the highway exit, and a few minutes' drive from Kongtong Mountain Customer Service Center and the ancient town.

This is the second time I have stayed here. The room is very spacious. Although it is an old hotel, I can feel the quality of the decoration and the facilities are complete. The hotel is very large, and the greenery, water system, pavilions and towers are all very beautiful. It is like living in a big park. It is a good choice for travel and leisure. It is very close to Kongtong Mountain Scenic Area, less than ten minutes' drive. We climbed Kongtong Mountain on the first day and brought the elderly with us. It rained on the second day. Just walk around the hotel and go to the swimming pool for free. The elderly had a lot of fun and were not tired. In the afternoon, we enjoyed the scenery, drank tea and chatted on the terrace of the room, and went to the restaurant to eat delicious hand-pulled lamb in the evening. The service staff are very enthusiastic, especially the Xiao Li team in the guest room building No. 5, who made us really feel what it means to feel at home. Thank you very much. The hotel has a very nice view, like a park. The restaurant is very good, with a wide variety of food, good taste and good prices. The room is also relatively large, but the decoration is a bit old. The electrical and bathroom equipment is a bit old and broken. The service is very good and responsive. I hope to check the bathroom and electrical equipment of all the rooms when I have time. Enhance the guest experience.
