住宿體驗極差！酒店在我還沒有退房的情況下，説房間已經訂出去了，沒有房間了，但是如果按照他們的門市價續訂，又可以繼續住！酒店規定兩點前退房，不到兩點我的房卡就開不了門了，説是他們的系統問題，他們也沒有辦法！據他們的説法，真實的理由是今天公務員考試，房間比較緊俏，所以他們才不顧顧客心理感受和酒店長遠經營的影響，做出這樣短視的行為。實際上，在顧客少的時候，即便是在酒店前台現場辦理入住，他們也會以網上價格甚至更低的價格出售房間！
