環境：床很寬敞，房間也挺大的，前台李文倩服務周到，態度也好，下次再去。
總體不錯的，房間比一般的快捷酒店好一點，喜歡住豪華的房間，前台李文倩幫忙提前預留好，早餐不錯，服務員還給送到房間，感謝。

先是入住鹿泉區的敬業大酒店，感受非常好！到了平山縣，尋思住哪裡？這時在縣裡看見有個敬業賓館映入眼簾，如同“敬業二字”一樣，從前台到酒店服務人員都很敬業，很熱情，服務細緻入微。尤其是充電器拉在了房間裏，前台小白第一時間打電話告知，我們其實走得不遠。如果電話打晚了，我們離開了這個城市，手機充電器也不值得在回去取了，但是在找個原配的充電器就很難了，大家都知道市場是賣的充電器充電很慢。還有落下的一個自製的木製戒指也落在吸水盆旁邊，由於不起眼，顏色也深，很容易被認為是那個桌子上的配件被忽視。但是當再次打電話給前台小白時，總是能感覺到熱情，而且能給我們帶來失而復得那種希望。果然不出所料，也就幾分鐘過後，手機響起，電話那端是小白真切的聲音，説，東西找着了，有機會回來取，當我們提及能否給郵寄時，小白一點都沒猶豫，説“行”。所有這些細節，雖然很細微，都能感受到敬業賓館的真誠熱情，把客人當家人，拉近了彼此的距離，尤其是對出來商務或者旅遊的朋友們，來到一個陌生的地方，如果住到這樣一個賓至如歸的酒店，我想是莫大的幸福。敬業賓館有這樣小白的員工，一定會生意興隆，賓朋滿座。祝敬業賓館越辦越好，小白越來越美麗。

服務還不錯，前台客房服務員都挺熱情，但房間太陳舊，傢俱也是老式的，浴巾都不敢用。而且這天居然沒暖氣了，後來打電話送了電暖氣。房間面積很大。
