📍位置挺好，離龍王頭沙灘步行10分鐘左右就能到，看日出超方便。周邊吃飯的地方也很多，毛記粥、海鮮大排檔，我們還買了海鮮回房間自己加工， 🛏房間很寬敞，有160平左右，4張1.8米的大床。衞生間乾淨衞生，住着很舒服。房間乾淨， 💁♀️老闆服務熱情周到，還給我們分享平潭遊玩攻略，推薦推薦放心住！

設施：設有3個卧室，2個洗手間，1個客廳（有大沙發也能睡），1個廚房，整體設計很簡約，現代風裝修，傢俱家電都是大品牌而且超齊全，廚具也很齊全，去趕海回來後，還能做飯吃，畢竟自己做飯更乾淨喔～ 衞生：房間乾淨整潔舒適，一塵不染，衣架超多，完全夠用～ 環境：從小區到房間環境超讚，一切都和家一樣的温馨，像住家一樣，完全沒有拘束感，交通也十分便利，離景點超近～ 服務：服務態度超好，很友善，有需求都是很熱情的幫忙解答，性價比也超高，平潭的🏖️隨手一拍都很出片，下次再來繼續住這民宿，很舒適，強烈推薦大家入住，200%絕不會踩坑～

這次旅行最滿意的就是選了這家和悦三房一廳民宿！一進門就被寬敞明亮的空間吸引，佈局合理，客廳温馨舒適，大家聚在一起聊天、玩遊戲都超自在。房間設施齊全，床品柔軟舒適，晚上睡得特別香。衞生間乾淨整潔，還貼心配備了洗漱用品。廚房用具一應俱全，我們自己做了幾頓飯，省了不少錢還吃得開心。 位置也超棒，周邊景點、美食街、超市都很近，出行特別方便。老闆人超級熱情，不僅提前幫忙規劃行程，還推薦了好多當地的小眾寶藏打卡點。真的太貼心了！強烈推薦給家庭出遊或者朋友結伴出行的小夥伴，性價比超高，下次來這邊還住這兒！

一級棒，床品乾淨整潔，裝修豪華，屋內電器都是大牌子的，還有麻將桌，房東還安裝了凈水設備，周邊還有一個吾悦廣場，環境優美，出行南北線方便，管家小姐姐非常好，給我們提供了很多攻略，下次來平潭還選擇這裏。

抱着試試住民宿的想法，這次是一家子五口第一次來平潭，網上沒什麼好的房源，就看到了這家面積120多卻有着兩個大陽台一個大客廳，我家老三可以肆意奔跑啦～這家的裝修算早期比較復古，但是環境和衞生乾淨，住的主打得舒服，這對於我們來説，比起酒店來説更有性價比，熱的時候三娃自己安排看看電視，晚飯的時候除了出去覓食；也去附近農貿市場買了海鮮煮了兩頓晚飯，清淡又不失奢侈哈～説説房東，必須點個贊！除了細緻的安排，還給我們送了一個可愛的大西瓜，這情緒價值提供的沒得話説了～希望房東經營的民宿越來越好，有點囉嗦了囉嗦了，點到為止！哈哈哈哈～

性價比超高的民宿，老闆娘打掃得很乾凈，我們5户一起住，很熱鬧。洗浴用品、廚房用具齊全，晚上餓了還可以自己煮泡麪。位置好找，房東還特意為我們留了停車位，很熱心。開車到龍王頭沙灘衹要5分鐘，住在縣城吃飯很方便，下樓800米就是網紅餐廳，早上起不來還可以外賣。非常適合帶娃家庭一起聚會，下次去還定她們家。

地理位置優越在人流比較多的中心地帶，步行可達龍王頭沙灘。民居環境也就這樣吧，房間四樓沒有電梯，有點吃力，行車小巷子難度也比較高，老闆服務還行，會提前通知床位安排什麼的。
