The surrounding environment is a bit noisy, with an elementary school nearby, but overall the living atmosphere is very comfortable. The apartment is a converted large suite in the complex, with three rooms sharing a living room. The space is fairly spacious. The only downside is that the facilities are a bit old and not very user-friendly. The bathroom experience is poor; there's no private bathroom in the room, so you have to go out to the common area to use the toilet and wash up, which is inconvenient and lacks privacy. The shower head is loose and prone to falling off, making the water flow awkward. The bathtub fittings also have minor malfunctions, significantly impacting the daily washing experience. Suitable for those simply wanting to take photos and enjoy the sea view, or for a short stay. It's perfectly adequate for those seeking a sea view experience. However, those prioritizing convenience, comfort, and complete amenities should consider this option.

Overall, this hotel is quite good. It's clean and tidy, and comfortable to stay in. The location is also conveniently situated in the middle of the city. You might consider it. (However, there's not much of a sea view.)

Choosing this guesthouse was the luckiest decision of my trip to Pingtan! From booking and communication to the actual stay, every step was perfect – a true five-star review! First, the location is superb, right by the sea. Our ocean-view room had an unbeatable view! I could see the endless blue ocean from my bed, waking up to the sound of waves and the first rays of sunlight each morning, and watching the magnificent sunset over the sea in the evening – this is the right way to have a vacation! The room itself was a complete surprise. The decor was my favorite minimalist, Instagram-worthy style – clean, bright, and cozy. It was spotless, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, making me feel right at home. The owner was incredibly nice and helpful, recommending many restaurants frequented by locals and off-the-beaten-path tourist routes, completely avoiding the crowds and enhancing the experience! In short, it was an impeccable stay. I highly recommend it for couples or families! I've already added it to my list of must-have guesthouses, and I'll definitely choose it again next time I'm in Pingtan!

The room is located in a residential complex, so it's quite quiet at night. The view from the window is of the sea. The landlord is very nice and will help you plan your trip around the island. He can also recommend car rental options, which is quite convenient, as the building is in the same complex and you can park directly in the underground parking lot. Returning the car is also easy.

The hotel environment is great, and it has a balcony with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the sea – it's really beautiful and photogenic! Perfect for taking pictures! Plus, you can watch the sunrise directly from the window, so getting up early was a breeze; you can go back to bed immediately after watching the sunrise. I stayed in a twin room; the double bed was great for my back, and the single bed (as pictured) is comfortable enough for two people, even with a child. There's a bathtub! The bathroom was also very clean. The price is really great compared to other hotels in this area, and the owner is very nice too!

The room is very clean and you can directly see the seaside. The community where I live is also very safe and clean. The location is easy to find. Many of the takeaways around are the ones recommended in the guide. The boss sent snacks~ and also sent various travel guides, such as nearby food, nearby attractions and routes. Free tools for catching the sea and a group for chasing blue tears are prepared. I love it. My friends, hurry up and book it. I like Pingtan very much. The people I met are very nice. I will book this restaurant again next time I come to play if I have the chance. Hehe
