JI Hotel (Fuzhou Pingtan Island High-Speed Railway Station)

On the very last day of the National Day holiday, my son suddenly needed to print his homework and was in a total panic. The front desk staff didn't hesitate to help us print it for free, which really saved the day. Thank you so much! 👍

The breakfast was okay, not a lot of variety, but the noodle soup tasted good. The soundproofing wasn't great because it's close to the road, and I found a cockroach near my room door. It's very close to the high-speed rail station, which is convenient for getting around.

The room was spotless, and the front desk staff was incredibly professional. Check-in was a breeze. Plus, there's a free gym! The hotel is right outside the train station, and car rentals are available right at the entrance, making it super convenient. Highly recommend!

The hotel is just a stone's throw from the high-speed train station! Super convenient! We checked in around 10 AM, and the lovely front desk lady even upgraded our room type. There's also a car rental shop downstairs, which was very handy! Overall, a great experience.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, bar none. It's the off-season, not even a weekend, and for over 400 yuan, they didn't even provide a charger; the front desk said they didn't have any. The room was tiny, and the window overlooked the large balcony of the train station, making me feel very unsafe and uncomfortable. The minibar only had two bottles of mineral water… The air conditioning wasn't even turned on when I entered the room, making it very oppressive… A very unpleasant experience. I've stayed at All Seasons Hotels in Nanjing and Jiangxi before, and I thought it was a pretty good brand, but the All Seasons Hotel in Pingtan was a huge disappointment.

Having stayed in so many hotels while traveling, this is the only one where I felt seriously ripped off. The room they gave me had a strong sewer smell, the blankets were damp, and there was a large stain on the sofa. I later changed to a room for 349 yuan, but the toilet backed up, with yellow water flowing directly onto the toilet seat, flushing every hour… It was unbelievable! I spent nearly 600 yuan on such a hotel, while a hotel I booked in Fuzhou for 330 yuan was much better! Most importantly, it's inconvenient to get anywhere! Except for taking the high-speed train, everything else is far away! It's more convenient to stay near Longwangtou Beach, which is lively and convenient! There are very few food delivery options here, and you can't order anything you want to eat! I will definitely avoid this kind of expensive and terrible hotel next time! Although the hotel negotiated a 20% discount later, this price really shouldn't be this bad! The breakfast was also terrible.

On my first night at check-in, I asked the front desk if they had nail clippers. They replied that they had been borrowed and hadn't been returned yet. I told them it was okay, and they could bring them back when they were returned. I even called once to ask about the nail clippers again, and they said they still didn't have them and would bring them back if they did. But until check-out, I received no feedback about this, not even a mention of it.
