Pingtan Kunhao Resort Hotel

This hotel is a self-contained resort with its own beach. You can enjoy sea views right from your room, and it's very convenient for water activities. The room was clean and the soundproofing was excellent. Highly recommended!

We booked a family room, and the environment was fantastic. Our room opened right onto the beach 🏖️. In the evening, there was a bonfire party with an engaging host who really got everyone involved, plus a fireworks show! We had a great time clam digging, playing in the sand, and collecting shells, which really freed up our hands while the kids had a blast.

Great location! Kids can swim, play in the sand, and we can even order takeout.

This hotel stay truly exceeded my expectations and completely cured my travel fatigue. The entire experience was fantastic, making it a stay I couldn't help but rave about. Upon arrival, staff immediately came forward to help with my luggage. Their attitude was gentle and enthusiastic, without a hint of perfunctoriness. The check-in process was efficient and quick. The front desk staff patiently explained the hotel's facilities, breakfast times, and local travel tips. They even thoughtfully adjusted my room type based on my needs, making the whole communication smooth and pleasant. What impressed me most was the hotel's service, which was truly meticulous and considerate. Any requests during my stay, whether for extra toiletries or information, were promptly attended to by staff, who always maintained a warm and patient demeanor. The cleaning staff meticulously cleaned my room; not only did they make the bed and tidy the bathroom, but they also neatly arranged items on the desk and replenished toiletries, mineral water, and tea bags – thoughtful details everywhere. Whenever I had questions about getting around, staff proactively helped answer them and offered suggestions, which made me feel incredibly welcome.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, making it incredibly easy to get to all the attractions. Our room had a direct ocean view, and we could step right onto the beach from downstairs. We were immediately wowed by the stunning sea view from our window upon check-in. The cafe, also facing the ocean, has an elegant and comfortable ambiance, perfect for unwinding. Due to a train schedule issue, we requested a late check-out, and the hotel was very accommodating, which made us feel especially warm and welcome.

The hotel has its own private beach, and my kids absolutely loved it, they didn't want to leave! The restaurant portions are huge, great value for money, and the food tastes delicious – my kids were very happy with their meals. The front desk staff were super friendly, and after check-in, there's a shuttle that takes you directly to your room. They even have a bonfire party in the evenings. Definitely the top choice for traveling with kids!

Stepping out the door, you're right on the beach with the ocean in front of you 🌊. It was a fantastic experience for our family with a child, though the soundproofing definitely needs improvement.
