Wyndham Pingtan

I've stayed at Wyndham hotels in many cities, and this one has the best service. It's also very clean, and the gym has a good selection of equipment. The location is very close to the train station.

The beachfront hotel was quite damp, and there was a musty smell in the room. The cleanliness was just so-so, but the room itself was pretty spacious.

Overall, it was decent. The breakfast offered a good variety, and the surrounding small villages made it quite peaceful. However, it's a bit far from tourist attractions. The cleanliness could be improved, and more lighting is needed as the room was a bit dim at night.

The hotel is very close to the high-speed train station and the environment is great. It wasn't crowded the day we went, and the front desk staff kindly upgraded our room. The room was very spacious, which my child loved. The hotel's swimming pool is large and always open! It's also not far from the beach, just a short taxi ride away. Our trip to Pingtan was very pleasant!

You absolutely have to stay here when you visit Pingtan! Compared to other B&Bs on the island, this place has an amazing gym and pool, and the cleanliness is top-notch. The water pressure is fantastic, making showers super enjoyable, and the in-room dehumidifier works really well. A big thank you to staff member Xiao Juan, who helped us with a room upgrade and gave us some great, thoughtful tips for exploring. We had a wonderful time!

I chose the Wyndham Hotel for my Pingtan trip, and the overall experience far exceeded my expectations. The lobby was grand and spotless, and the rooms were spacious, bright, and impeccably clean. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel also boasts excellent leisure facilities, and its location makes it very convenient for exploring. I must give a special shout-out to Harry at the front desk. The check-in process was smooth and quick. He patiently explained all the hotel services and enthusiastically recommended local attractions and must-visit spots. His service was professional and thoughtful. With such outstanding hardware coupled with excellent service, my overall stay was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Every time I'm on a business trip to Pingtan, I choose the Wyndham Hotel. It's probably the best hotel in Pingtan. It's very quiet at night, though the location is a bit out of the way, but it's close to the train station.

The facilities are excellent; the room was fantastic, very quiet, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly soft, making it hard to want to get up! The lady at the front desk was very gentle and thorough, explaining where all the hotel amenities were. The bellboy was also very thoughtful, helping us with our luggage and showing us to our room. It was a very pleasant stay—highly recommend!

The hotel room's heating system was stuck on, and the temperature was far too high at 31 degrees Celsius. I woke up multiple times during the night because of the heat. When I contacted the hotel in the morning, they were incredibly unhelpful. I was on the phone for 20 minutes, and no one came to the room to fix it; I actually had to go down to the front desk myself to ask someone to come up. On top of that, the lighting in the room was extremely dim, with only a few accent lights. I chose this hotel because of the Wyndham name, but it turned out to be the worst Wyndham property I've ever stayed at in terms of service and facilities.
