This is a great hotel! The front desk staff provided excellent service, patiently helping us resolve issues with our booking. Highly recommend! The views are fantastic and the facilities are top-notch. Plus, there's a wide selection for breakfast.

The hotel has good service quality, good location, clean environment and large parking lot.

Overall it's pretty good. The breakfast is rich and delicious, but the soundproofing in the room is a bit poor. You can clearly hear the noise in the corridor. If you are a light sleeper, it is recommended to bring your own earplugs.

During the New Year holidays, Kenting is very cost-effective. The breakfast is beyond expectations, and ice cream is available, which is a benefit that star-rated hotels do not have. The lobby design is bright. The only shortcoming is that the waiter service is too rigid, and there is obviously a set of prescribed responses. However, the female employee who served during check-in was very professional and enthusiastic, which other employees should follow.
