The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of food options nearby and not far from the bustling areas. They can help book ferry tickets, scooters, and other water activities. You can rent a scooter directly at the port, and the hotel will transport your luggage, which is very convenient. You can also check in early as soon as your room is ready. The owner is incredibly kind and helpful with any questions you may have. The room is very spacious and comfortable. On the second floor, there's a coffee machine, ice, tea bags, drinks, and a water dispenser for guest use. If your room isn't ready, you can store your luggage on the first floor and rest there. The soundproofing is quite good; you'll only hear noises from other rooms if you're outside your door. When you're leaving, you can inform them of your ferry time in advance, and they'll help transport your luggage to the pier. I would definitely return to this hotel if I visit Little Liuqiu again!

The room was new, very clean, and exactly like the pictures online – no discrepancies. The owner was super nice; we arrived early before check-in, and she let us store our luggage. There were complimentary biscuits, drinks, and water in the common lounge, which was a thoughtful touch. You can tell they put a lot of effort into the details!

Fantastic hotel! The decor is simple and bright, and I loved all the cute polar bear decorations everywhere. The staff were all super friendly, and I really appreciated the complimentary tea, coffee, and snacks.

The location is great, right in the middle of Little Liuqiu, making it super convenient to get around by scooter. The room was spacious and clean; we could fully open two suitcases and still have plenty of walking space. Plus, there's a balcony, perfect for drying clothes when the sun's out! haha

Our triple room had a balcony, perfect for drying clothes after washing. We could even borrow extra hangers from the hotel's second floor, which was super convenient! I'll definitely choose Polar Bear Hotel again next time I visit Xiaoliuqiu. 👍🏻

The environment is clean, cozy, and comfortable. The owners are very kind and generous. The snack bar on the 2nd floor was always restocked. Highly recommended!
