The room was clean. The B&B's location is super convenient, really close to the beach, and near attractions like Kenting Main Street, Longpan Park, and Eluanbi Lighthouse. Plus, there's a 7-Eleven downstairs, which is really handy for grabbing supplies. I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kenting.

Everything was great except for the terrible soundproofing. I stayed on the third floor, and I could clearly hear footsteps from the fourth floor. It was noisy.

The location is good if you rent a car. Itself is close to one scenic spot, and all others whether you head north or south are all within a 15 minute radius drive. The place has a great scenic view if you select "ovean view rooms". Price is really worth it.
