Due to the server weather, we asked hotel to provide exception refund. But hotel refused and my families and I had to travel in huge danger in order not to waste the full fee. I found the management in Volando hotel is unreasonable. If something happened during our trip, would they be responsible?

The most recommended place to stay in Kenting. The room is comfortable and clean, and the sea view is super healing. A very recommended place to stay. Bring your children to the large hot spring pool. The family room in the middle building is very well designed.
