The rooms are very comfortable, and the hotel is pet-friendly. It's a great choice whether you're traveling solo, with family, or with a pet.

The hotel facilities are decent, but the window is a bit too transparent, so you keep seeing people's silhouettes. However, the window offers a direct view of the Seascape Art Museum, and there's a beautiful beach nearby, which I highly recommend.

Linens are clean, the food was great, will definitely come back soon.

I happened to be traveling with friends to visit the exhibition at the Kanhai Art Museum. The venue is within walking distance. The room is clean and tidy, and there are abundant parent-child facilities. It is a good choice for accommodation when traveling to Kenting.

This time I stayed in a sea view room. It was great to have an unbeatable sea view in the room. The hotel staff was also very friendly to the children. They called in advance to ask for a bed guard, bathtub, and sterilizer, and they also helped to reserve and prepare them in advance. I would like to stay here again next time I come to Kenting. It's a pity that it is a little far from Kenting Street and the city.

The attitude of the front desk staff needs to be improved. When booking a room, I chose to stay away from the elevator, but the staff actually arranged a room next to the elevator. The sound insulation was very poor, and I could hear the crying of children in other rooms very clearly.

We arrived at 3 o'clock to check in and were told that the room was not ready yet. We were asked to wait a little longer. There was still no notification until 4 o'clock, so we had to go to the counter to ask. They gave 2 people welcome drinks as compensation, but I would rather the hotel should contact us proactively. There aren't many shops near the hotel, so most activities are done in the hotel. The room doesn't feel too old, and the sauna facilities are well maintained. I'm quite satisfied with it overall. There's a park opposite the hotel where you can park for free. The overall experience is good, and I'd like to stay there again next time.

The room is small and cozy, the bed is moderately soft and hard and very comfortable to sleep on. The only drawback is... when I went to the toilet after entering the room, there were urine stains on the toilet seat, and it felt that it was not cleaned very well... Very close to the Museum of Marine Biology and Aquarium. The double room is small and the elevator space is also small. However, the game room is large, but I don't know why it is so stuffy inside the game room. The parking lot is outdoors, not indoors. There is no 220v socket in the room. It is recommended to bring an adapter when you stay.

Breakfast could be richer. The sea view room is really relaxing. The kids also had a lot of fun in the play area. Parking is very convenient. It's 1 minute away from the Museum of Marine Biology and Aquarium. I will stay here again next time.
