在網上看到説剛剛裝修有甲醛，但是我們去的時候住在二樓，並沒有感覺到很大的裝修味道，房間乾淨整潔，裝修漂亮，熱水充足，洗漱用品質量較高，前台小姐姐在入處和離開時都有給我們送水果，服務非常熱情周到。酒店位於涪江邊，入駐後，可以在浮江邊散步，自然風景優美，空調效果很好，價格合適，下次如果來，我還會再選擇這家民宿！

非常好的一次端午旅行，入住這家酒店很不錯，前台小姐姐也很熱心，還給我們升級了房間，很乾凈，還有露台。也有專門給我們拉行李的保安大哥。每次見到工作人員都會熱情微笑打招呼。酒店樓下就是沿江步道，可以到集市。酒店門口可以沿城牆到城中心，周邊特色飯菜步行都可以到達，總的來説很悠閑，有很完美的一次旅遊，期待下次再來！

酒店的地理位置相當棒，就在涪江邊，老城牆腳下。端午節入住，酒店的服務相當周到熱情，從送到手上的香囊到房門上的艾草串以及組織的包粽子活動，充滿了節日氣氛。退房後因為遺忘了物品，前台妹妹主動聯繫並安排寄送，情緒質拉滿，下次到平武還來。

這裏的裝修挺別緻的給人不一樣的感覺 一眼就能喜歡上 還有專門喝茶的地方 能看的很遠 風景特別好 早餐也具有特色非常好吃 適合出遊 拍照也特別出片住過很多酒店這裏真的值得推薦👍👍👍

非常氣憤！一到房間發現門沒關，進門後打開馬桶就看到尿漬！
門外就是一些不知道是住客還是什麼人的一大家人帶小孩在玩鬧，小孩進來拉的！因為是假期沒辦法更換房間，衹能接受打掃後入住。
打掃的速度是挺快的，在大堂幹坐了20分鐘就説可以入住了…
房間隔音很不好。一大早就有小孩打籃球的聲音，人交談的聲音，拉行李箱的聲音。全在我們360度環繞，7點就吵醒了。
客觀説位置挺好、裝修整體是好的，但是服務真的有點不細緻…

酒店很新，房間設施硬件都不錯~但是！這個酒店的一樓實際是負一樓！又在江邊，五月去都非常潮濕！且房間通風特別不好！打開窗户發現是下水溝道…房間配了一個小的抽濕機，效果一般。所以如果要入住，一定要提前説不要1樓房間，2-3樓都在地面上，尤其避雷8118房間，對面就是餐廳，早餐6點開始就叮鈴哐啷，聲音很大…總之…避雷…

避大雷😡抱着試試的心態結果衹剩無語
環境：衝著網圖和評論選擇了這家，外觀裝修的確比較有質感，因為2025年才開業最擔心的事甲醛問題，想着能正常開業應該沒有太大的問題，入住第一天進入大堂香得膩人想着有品質的酒店嘛都是這樣，辦了入住房間在負一樓，電梯裏、房間走廊充斥着甲醛的味道和板材的味道很沖鼻，到了房間果不其然還是很大的味道，房間頭同樣有香得膩人的香薰企圖掩蓋甲醛味，頭、嗓子出現一系列劇烈反應。想過新開業多少有點味道，沒想到反應這麼強烈。補充一句因為房間在負一樓估計通風和陽光不佳，導致甲醛濃度增加
服務：正因為房間在負一樓又靠近江邊晚上很冷，準備開空調，結果發現空調毫無反應，不吹風也不吹熱風，根本不工作，於是電話叫了前台來處理，來看了半天説可能是其他房間在開冷風導致這邊開不了熱風（我？？？？）好，説去看看核實一下，這會兒已經11點過，並沒有反饋到底怎麼回事也不給解決辦法，快12點了在我們主動電話詢問下説主機壞了！（新開業空調主機就壞？我想請問呢），好我們問有沒有取暖的設備因為太冷了還有冷風，説沒有也沒給我們任何解決辦法，就這麼凍着？一晚上一直在不好意思，也一直回答沒辦法解決，那我想請問都解決不了顧客的基礎問題開店幹嘛呢？你是挺不好意思的
好，第二天一早我們出門前給前台反饋了昨天的問題，甲醛問題前台聽見了當沒聽見，你明明新開業哪怕有一些除味的、吸味的東西呢？想着大家都不容易就不計較你們就不處理？空調問題説馬上處理維修，好晚上回去依然是昨天晚上那個樣子，依然顯示不能正常工作，依然不出風，不出熱風，來了一羣人搗鼓了半天依然沒有解決任何問題，好就這麼走了，一位大叔最後給我們抱了一床被子説委屈下，我想説真挺委屈的，一步步退讓，都不説顧客是上帝了起碼收錢辦事，你們房費不算便宜吧？最基本的供暖都無法提供，顧客提出的問題也都是敷衍解決？
除此之外，隔音很差！謹慎選擇，房間隔壁是餐廳，還隔了一間房，都還能清晰聽見餐廳的聲音
奉勸大家還是謹慎選擇新開業的酒店，甲醛味真的很嚴重，睡覺旁的牀頭櫃都能聞到，頭天晚上凌晨2點都無法入睡。甲醛聞不到的都可能超標，更別説聞到的，同時我也會向當地行政機構進行舉報投訴

新開沒多久的酒店，裝修風格和設施都很新，新中式的裝修風格我們都很喜歡。但房間新裝修味道😷😷也相當大！！！這也是唯一想吐槽的地方，我們在房間裏面都要把門打開通風，打開門蚊子又非常多😖 父母住的一樓房間和走廊的味道更大，晚上找前台換房間被告知需要另外加錢，這點不太滿意，非節假日同層入住的並不多，很多空置房間，因為裝修味道太大想換房間還要另收費😷
酒店早餐還不錯，10點前都能吃上。米粉現點現煮，味道中規中矩；粥 豆漿 小菜挺全乎。
