The facilities are too old, the breakfast is basically cold, and only the rice noodles are freshly made. Others are cold, uncomfortable to eat and have very few varieties.

辦理入住時候是一個人付款房費，已經付款兩間房兩個晚上，第二天另一人拿房卡續刷時候又收了一次房費，直到退房總枱也沒有發現，沒有主動退錢，直到下午再去總枱問，還態度不好，拖拉時間，也沒有主動給客人道歉，結果雖然把重複收的房費給退了，但以後不會再住這種酒店了。

設施陳舊，連暖氣都沒得。客房人員服務態度差，説有暖氣，我開了一小時房間都沒升温，喊來客房看，説開對了的，還不耐煩。最後暖氣開到兩三個小時都沒暖和，反倒吹冷風，搞得冷。沒有一次性拖鞋，要打電話要才給。WIFI連接複雜，客房裡也沒有説明。打電話給前台，一直是機器人語音，好不容易才連接上前台，才告訴方法。太差勁了

屬於憑祥老牌四星級酒店，位置適中。離美食街較近，逛吃比較方便。其實，酒店旁邊的那家越南米粉店出品更好，更正宗。酒店設施，環境衞生，服務等各方面都不錯。
