The triple room booked only comes with 2 pillows as standard, and they didn’t give them even if I asked for them! Shouldn't the three-person room written as standard come with three... This is really speechless! The pillows and quilts are a bit dirty. Anyway, we all sleep in clothes. If possible, bring your own disposable covers.
