沙發上全是發黴的斑點，走進房間一股異味；拖鞋不知道是之前客户留下的還是咋的，居然放着給我們用，而且全是左腳的；廁所水龍頭全是生銹的，地籠全是頭髮看着頭皮發麻，性價比太低。（女兒補充説：床單上有油污的點點）

房間是在山上 需要爬一個坡上去 估計2分鐘 開始大兒子看到房子外觀和需要爬坡還是有點失望 但是進入房間就是驚喜 室內新裝修的 很乾凈簡潔 超出期望 強烈推薦吃飯就選老闆這裏吃 價格比其他排擋優惠 味道更是贊 住宿周邊排擋吃飯有點難吃 第一天去踩了幾個雷 第二都在住宿老闆這裏吃了 離2個沙灘都很近 孩子們玩得很開心 下次還會選擇住這裏

大沙嶴走過去大概五六分鐘，很方便。房間裝修都是新的，被子乾燥，自己帶去的一次性床單都沒用上。老闆挺好的，在民宿吃了兩餐，味道不錯。小朋友第二天還想玩沙，老闆還給我們延遲了一下退房。

地理位置很好，離大沙嶴和馬祖嶴都一步之遙。房間內還算乾淨，以後如能改裝為乾濕分離就較為理想了。

心態放平，要求放低，你會發現世界真的很美好，老闆娘人很好，在物質匱乏的島上儘量的滿足你的需求，海邊很漂亮，隨手一拍就是大片！

這個民宿，如果是100塊錢一晚，那勉強可以忍一忍，關鍵居然賣到1000一晚，真不知道是誰給的膽子，請問良心不會疼嗎？首先定位造假，在地圖上的定位就在沙灘旁邊，實際在旁邊300米，還要爬一座山，酒店的一樓，至少要爬4層樓那麼高。其次酒店就是個破爛不堪的2層農户，一樓堆着大桶的廚餘垃圾，整個樓瀰漫著廚餘垃圾的酸臭味。沒有獨立的淋浴間，沒有毛巾浴巾，甚至不送瓶裝水。來的時候真沒心理準備，想想1000一晚至少還過的去。評分還有4.2，真不知道是怎麼刷的。南麂島景色很美，但基礎設施實在太爛了，再也不會來了。

小紅書裏看了點功課，普遍對島上住宿頗有微詞，心裏也有了準備，到了民宿感覺衞生條件還可以，至少自己能接受，重在離沙灘近，走路5分鐘就到了。民宿的海鮮價格也公道。整體南麂島之行還是滿意的。

1.衞生間返味，一直返一直臭2.房間有類似狐臭的噁心味道3.被套床單沒有換，有黃污漬和頭髮4.沒有電視，不提供免費純凈水或礦泉水5.地面貼的塑料“地板膜”應該甲醛嚴重

交通非常便利，離看日落的地方和海灘都比較近，坐公交也很方便，吃飯也便利，老闆還免費升級了三個床的房間，整體體驗還是非常好的#位置交通便利
