Our stay here was just perfect. Right from the start, the staff went out of their way to help us. Getting picked up at the entrance to the ancient city was a welcome surprise, and having them haul our heavy bags to a taxi when we checked out was above and beyond. The hostal is stunning—somehow they've managed to keep the traditional architecture while making the rooms feel really modern and comfortable. And we loved the location, it was so easy to get around from near the South Gate. The best part might have been the food advice. We followed all of their restaurant recommendations and weren't disappointed once—every meal was tasty and really fairly priced. Showing our room key for a discount was the cherry on top! Can't recommend this place enough.

Yisu Mansion brought me too many surprises and touches. I recommend everyone to choose her home when coming to Pingyao. First of all, I really want to write a review and share it with you. The store has not made any request to write a review. The landlady was warm and thoughtful, and arranged everything for us in an orderly manner. No matter what time you travel, the mansion's car is always on call. In short, listen to the boss lady and avoid all pitfalls. The rooms in the mansion are very clean, and the whole courtyard is filled with the smell of the ancient city. I have a few recommendations: You must watch Pingyao Again, it’s so shocking. Just let the lady boss draw you a map of the scenic spots. I have tried it for everyone. Don’t make the mistake of choosing Kang Qian Ji, Bai Shan Xi, and Hong Wu Ji. If you want to bring some Pingyao beef, just ask the proprietress to buy the kind she has for breakfast. I highly recommend asking the boss lady to contact you for travel photography, the photos are so good😀. If there is one drawback, it is that the proprietress is too low-key. She secretly tells everyone that her private wine is so delicious that you must buy a bottle and try it. If I don’t tell you this, the boss lady won’t take the initiative to tell you either😄

A very representative and unique Jinshang Courtyard. The hotel is very close to the parking lot at the city gate, just a few minutes' walk away. It is on the main street of Xidajie, and next door is Rishengchang. It is very convenient for shopping and eating. Although it is on the main street, the courtyard is very quiet. Maybe the Jinshang Courtyard is like this. Living here is equivalent to living in the scenery. When you are tired of shopping, you can come back to drink tea and chat. It is very comfortable. There are many foreign guests staying here. They have been receiving foreign guests since 2013. It is a very international inn. You can get discounts for eating at Kangganji Hongwuji with their key cards. There is also a lady at the front desk who gave us a map when we checked in and explained in detail where the various attractions are. Where to recommend where to go is particularly detailed in Jinhua attractions. Every time we come back from outside, she will greet us with a smile. The whole courtyard is full of her busy figure. The proprietress is particularly gentle and attentive. Living in this paradise, away from the hustle and bustle, recharged, truly feels at home. Pingyao is famous, come to Pingyao again if you have the chance!

Everything looks magic and brings us in an old Chinese movie around here. The simple and probably old renovation of the hotel respects this particularity, offering a correct comfort. The isolation is not optimum but I would not expect more from any other place in the town. We asked for the hotel restaurants and they gave us a coupon for one out (we’ve been there, it was really nice). The choice of breakfast (between western and Chinese) is great. Pickup service is perfect, very fast and convenient!!! The staff, especially Bae, is very nice and helpful. Our train was cancelled and they immediately took care of us, giving a new room (a suite, very beautiful and comfortable).

第一天到達平遙，通過我和我老伴兒的多方探查、比對，最終選擇了這家小院落當作旅途的休憩地。 房主是個特別實在熱心的大哥，氣場相處起來很自在舒服，其實我們一開始就來的這家客棧，探完了很滿意了，但是沒有立刻訂下，大哥沒有絲毫不悦，依舊非常耐心的給我們看了另外的房型，房間乾淨、整潔，還有地暖，進屋一瞬間暖和和的，也沒有異味兒，最最關鍵的是，這家在主街上！地理位置太優越了！所以我們對比完畢後，果斷選擇了這家。價格相當香啊，我們是一共住個三四天，每天保潔大姐都把屋子清理的很乾凈，紙也會及時添加，最關鍵這家還提供一次性的毛巾。 然後！一定要去二樓照相啊在這裏住的家人們！簡直太漂亮了，尤其是晚上or天氣好有陽光的時候。淡季幸運的時候還會隨機出現熱心腸房東大哥幫忙拍合影哦哈哈哈哈哈。 誇不完，根本誇不完，早晨的早餐由做飯的老大叔幫忙送來，他會很有禮貌的輕敲窗户，早餐也很實在，小菜啊，雞蛋啊還有水果，吃完往外面桌子上一放就行 很方便。 目前我來的時候是淡季啦，又是冬天，等夏天有機會一定要來，感覺夏天有植物了這裡會更好看嘎嘎嘎！ 床鋪很乾凈，床墊子超級舒服啊，大冬天下雪也不會冷，還有智能小度，智能馬桶，很乾凈很方便！細節的是，半夜起來上廁所不怕摸黑摔倒，床下會有自動感應燈，真的細節滿滿啊！ 哦對了，別看這家在主街道上，一點也不吵鬧混亂，很安靜➕氣場舒服，一覺睡到大天亮，伸個懶腰舒服！ 寶藏客棧！！！下次再來玩直接認準這家住嘍！
