The staff is very kind. The room and toilet were clean too. Tje bad think is that we didn't have water for one day, that was bad, and we didn't have drinking water until the last day. The price is ok for the accomldation.

The room has a classic, antique feel. I've stayed here several times during my trips to Pingyao, and I booked it again for an old friend. The owner is very kind; luckily, we were out late watching the lanterns outside the city, and he made perfect arrangements for us. We experienced a traditional heated kang (traditional Chinese bed) room; the room was warm and clean.

I always book this place when hosting clients. The rooms are spacious and bright. The owner is kind and welcoming. It's just steps away from the Ming and Qing Dynasty Street in the ancient city, which effectively saves clients time, preventing them from wasting time walking and allowing more time to see the sights. Environment: The location is very convenient, situated in the western part of the ancient city, right behind the courtyard of the ancient city government office. The room was quite spacious; we slept on a kang (heated brick bed), a unique feature. It was also very convenient to go out for walks. When we left, the owner very kindly gave us some of their homemade aged vinegar.
