The location is pin off from the trip location. About 200m away. There is 2 of the same hotel name. So don’t go to the wrong one. The bed is abit hard but still can stay. There is water dispenser in the room. So will keep you hydrated

What an extraordinary hotel. It was converted into a hotel from a 400 year old workshop. The hotel is a combination of old world charm and modern facilities. Really impressive with the service provided by the owners. You just need to arrange with them to pick you up and sending off to the train station for free. Will definitely stay in this beautiful place when visiting Pingyao Ancient City.

We had initially booked a smaller room but was upgraded free of charge to a beautiful traditional style room. The room had everything including heated floors which was great as it was very cold in Pingyao during our stay. The hotel staff was very helpful with everything and even drove us to the train station the day we left. I absolutely reccommend this beautiful hotel and would love to come back here some day!

They also gave me two bottles of vinegar when I left. It would be better if the lock of the king-size bed room was replaced with a more convenient and safe lock. There could be a kettle in the room, although there is a water heater on the wall. There are multiple options for kettles. Overall, it is very comfortable to stay in.
