The B&B boasts an excellent location right in the heart of the ancient city, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The environment is superb, with a charming antique feel. The staff are warm and attentive, and the breakfast is quite generous. Definitely worth another visit!

The room was quiet and serene, and the bedding was very comfortable. Having tea in the courtyard was also very relaxing. Most importantly, I want to thank the young man who picked us up from the station; his service was exceptional. My child even said that whenever he saw them outside, they would accompany her to look at the kittens. Thumbs up for such thoughtful service! 👍

Round-trip transfers (Pingyao Ancient City Station, Bus Station, Pingyao Station): Very convenient for getting around within the ancient city. The breakfast options change daily and there's a good variety. Hygiene: Excellent. Service: Exceptionally attentive.

An excellent experience! The owner contacted me in advance to confirm my arrival time and helped with my luggage throughout my stay. They were incredibly patient in recommending restaurants and even helped me get a discount coupon – thank you! 🙏 The room was smart, clean, and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. At check-out, they even gave me a local specialty as a souvenir. I felt completely at home the entire time, it was incredibly thoughtful. Highly recommend!

The hotel's location is superb, nestled in a quiet spot yet only a 3-5 minute walk from Nandajie. The decor is grand and elegant, making it perfect for evening photos. Breakfast is abundant with a good balance of meat and vegetables. The butler service is attentive, and the high-speed rail shuttle is very convenient.

Excellent service, clean rooms, and the courtyard environment exceeded our expectations. The housekeeper saw we had a child and proactively upgraded our room, thoughtfully adding a small bed.

Two moms and three kids stayed in the duplex suite, and as soon as we entered, the little one was ecstatic! ✨ The second floor had a fun kids' tent, and the first floor a comfy tatami mat. The overall decor was warm and cozy, and the artistic tea table added a great vibe. The room was spotlessly clean, and the mattress soft and comfortable, making our stay incredibly relaxing. The guesthouse location is superb, right in the lively area of Pingyao. It was super convenient for dining out, shopping, and booking travel photoshoots. The courtyard lights at night created a fantastic ambiance; every photo we took looked great, and we got so many satisfying shots. I have to praise the service! The team is very young, and the butler was incredibly attentive. They provided private car transfers for all our comings and goings. We accidentally left some clothes in the room without even realizing it, but the butler promptly contacted us and even helped ship them to our next hotel. It was incredibly thoughtful. This place is truly recommendable, and we'll definitely choose it again when we come back to Pingyao!

I've stayed in many B&Bs, and sometimes I feel there's a big gap between online reviews and reality. But this B&B is one I'd highly recommend. The hotel service was excellent and very thoughtful, especially the breakfast. It was much more carefully prepared than the buffets at five-star hotels. Although it's a B&B, the hygiene was impeccable, and the facilities were new and smart. It's nestled in a quiet spot yet still central. The only issue was that we were staying right below the staff dormitory, and we could clearly hear the staff showering and closing doors late at night. Light sleepers might want to ask for a room not located directly below the staff dorm; that would surely be perfectly quiet.
