Inside Pingyao Ancient City wall, the hotel is literary within walking distance of all tourist attractions inside the ancient city gate.
The traditional feel of the hotel and the room were an great experience for me. I would recommend my friends to try stay at the hotel.

Absolutely amazing stay! This hotel was a dream — beautifully decorated, spotless clean, and in a perfect location right in the heart of Pingyao. The owners were incredibly kind and helpful, always available when needed. Truly the best hotel in Pingyao — I would come back anytime!

Experience in this hotel was okay. hotel is a little bit dirty, looks old , the place for photography is the best especially at night. Staff was friendly,and helpful. location in the centre. hard to find location at this hotel. Rooms are not clean especially bathroom.

The place is magical, especially the inner courtyard.
The bathroom could get an upgrade, but the room was very nice.

Very pretty inn, the staff was very nice. All in all, I very much recommend staying here, I was impressed by the quality with such a low price (I paid 27€ for a night, in a room made for three people!). The only thing is that the inn is also a costume and photography shop, open quite late, and it was super noisy until around midnight.

Amazing hotel in an historical building. Location was perfect, close to the two main streets. Staff was friendly and welcomed us with many gifts (snack, tea, magnet, water).
The room was beautiful and very clean. Big towels for shower where missing though.
