Atour Hotel Taihe Gate, Pingyao Ancient City

The hotel is located right inside the ancient town and features very unique architecture. The staff were all so enthusiastic and helpful, and even gave us a farewell souvenir upon leaving. Atour's service and facilities are truly reliable! A full five-star experience!

I booked the Atour Hotel in Pingyao Ancient City for my family this time, and it completely changed my perception of Atour. The hotel is located within the ancient city, right next to the New East Gate, and it's very new. Especially the front desk staff, they were incredibly patient and answered all our questions. They also tried their best to accommodate all our requests. The hotel facilities are excellent, and the breakfast is fantastic. It's truly rare to find this level of service from Atour in a tourist spot! Highly recommend!

The hotel is located right by the ancient city walls, a charming traditional courtyard house with two entrances. Inside, the rooms are very modern, maintaining Atour's consistent quality. Even the towels are individually packaged, which is reassuring.
