Great place. Nice to walk around into the night. No one AND without people. Fully recommended. The owners are amazing people who gives an amazing service, so kind.

Love the room and hotel where the owners are friendly. They make you feel at home and also fetch and send you to station. Definitely will stay here again when visit pingyao.

Everyone here was so friendly and helpful! They gave me and other travelers a ride back to the train station after check out which was wonderful. They were patient with the language barrier and gave me a very helpful local map and restaurant recommendations. The room was exactly as pictured.

This Inn is managed by a family that is very nice. Once you arrive from the train station (Pingyaogucheng) with a taxi, they come to pick you up to the Inn (2 min) because the taxi isn't allowed inside the ancient city. They offer to drive you one way to or from the train station (it's free). I was in a room with a traditional atmosphere (with a kang bed having a mattress a little harder than others).

The place was good. It wasn't big in anything but the owner pick us up and left us in the high speed train station and also kept giving us bottles of water. They were very nice people. The location is really good, 5-10 walk from the big main street but enoughly separated from them to not have any noise. The room was not the cleanest that we have been but nor the dirtiest too, it was good enough. The bed although we were a bit scared, because it was a bit hard, we slept pretty well.

We really appreciated the location of the home stay, that is in the ancient town. The room was ok and clean. However the courtyard could be better - many things around

It was excellent stay, beautiful traditional Chinese room and yard, very helpful Staff, they even gave us a lift to the train station for free, very good location, clean, I highly reccommend

We had a great time in Pingyao, the city is fantastic and the hotel is very clean, well-located and the owners are super nice, always trying to help and doing their best to make you have a great experience❤️❤️

Hotel in an old style, clean, tidy and quiet. I highly recommend anyone to stay here because you will not regret it. Remind that with due notice the owner will also come to pick you up for free at the train station upon your arrival. (I personally recommend giving a small financial contribution given the extreme kindness of these people) !!!

Great location in ancient town. Very nice and helpful staff. Helped with transportation info and even brought us to the railway station. Nice typical building and room.

The owner was very kind, smiling and they organized transfers from and to the train station. They use a software for translation so the communication is somehow smooth, recommended!

Very decent lodging place! Love the overall atmosphere there - so full of original taste! It is very close to the north gate of Pingyaogucheng and the best yet, inside! The inn owner/manager is very helpful and so are his staff. Strongly recommended if you love the original style!!!

We've really enjoyed ourselves at this great hotel and can definitely recommend it.
