"A very satisfying stay. The environment was quiet and elegant, and the facilities were complete and very new. The staff were super enthusiastic and always ready to help. The room was spotless, making for a super comfortable stay. The breakfast had a wide variety, with both Chinese and Western options, and tasted especially good. You need to swipe your room card to use the elevator to go upstairs, and food deliveries are handled by robots, which really adds to the sense of security. Definitely five-star worthy!"

"I have stayed at this hotel 3 times now...and being a foreigner who is trying to do new things as often as possible the fact I keep coming back is the biggest compliment I can give! It is clean, everyone is incredibly kind and patient (considering how terrible I am at the language), and they always make me feel welcome. Thats not even taking into consideration the amenities they provide like a great little gym and laundry rooms. The rooms themselves are clean and beautiful. Incredibly comfortable beds, a super fancy toilet, and a shower with fantastic water pressure and super clean! I can not recommend this place enough; especially for other foreign travelers."

"Bringing my kid to this hot spring resort was such a breeze! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and responsive. Plus, both the room and public areas were spotless. But the best part was definitely the private hot spring experience – it was so much fun! We just chatted and soaked, laughing until we couldn't stop, haha (just for fun). Highly recommend it; everyone should come and give it a try if you get the chance!"
