酒店環境挺好，比較大氣，住宿很安靜，離五指石很近，要去五指石景區的話該酒店是一個不錯的選擇，因為房間有送兩張門票，抵得上一百五、六十塊錢了，性價比很高；不過早餐真的很爛，説是自助餐，但因為碰到學生團體活動，結果衹是白粥、饅頭、烤包、水煮蛋和蘿蔔乾各一，其他的就沒有了。

酒店環境是很不錯的。套房很適合親子居住。略不足的地方：
1、我們第一天下午6點多入住，第二天申請2點退房，沒有同意。要求1點前退房，午休時間很不夠
2、孩子旅遊回來口渴，申請補2瓶水，也不同意。500多元房費，不能給多2塊錢的水，很不靈活啊。去年暑假我們去北京旅遊，時光漫步連鎖酒店主動説無限量供應水。其實也喝不了多少，卻能提高客户感知

房間很不錯，寬敞衞生，酒店門面也有檔次。温泉大概十個池，不大，開放時間是晚上六點到十點，人不多。搭配五指石的門票非常划算，白天爬山，晚上泡湯泉，很舒適。自助早餐特別一般，沒什麼吃的

好..停車方便，房間整體不錯，住的2號樓4樓。湯泉不是温泉，是熱水+山泉水。早餐比預料中好不少，也有可能是因為當天入住的人多。離五指山很近很近。吃飯的話，推薦來酒店半路上的順意農家飯店，好吃還不貴。沒拍多少照片，就拍了早餐的一點..

酒店陽光穿透，房間寬敞乾淨，空調十足，衞生間乾濕分離。早餐也算豐盛，雞蛋，炒米粉，瘦肉湯粉，饅頭，花捲，玉米都有。泳池水乾淨（看着工作人員烈日下換水），每晚19時開放小池湯泉，可以一邊泡温泉，一邊數星星，景色很美。酒店客家小廚餐廳服務用心，可以提前預約點菜，清蒸土雞，嚷豆腐都很美味。五指石景區也很有特色，全程遊覽一上午完成了。五指悦梅酒店像是世外桃源，安靜休養放鬆的好地方。

住宿就那樣，沒別的。五指石純爬山，去了B區不想再去A區了。累。。主要周邊沒別的吃和玩。村莊小。吃的要看店。旁邊吃飯的春天酒家東西難吃且貴。還掛滿獎

房間裝修不錯，衞生很好，酒店周邊環境也很好，關鍵是離五指石很近，送景區門票，爬山回來就能入住，很舒服，有點遺憾是，送泡温泉的，但是下雨，温泉池沒有開幾個，所有也沒有泡到，早餐差一點，除了粥，豆漿，沒有什麼湯麪，總感覺還是很不錯，下次還好帶長者家來玩。

作為一個景區酒店，設施算是中規中矩，不過價格不貴，所以性價比還算不錯。當晚酒店的入住率感覺比較低，餐廳沒營業，所以去了附近的農家樂吃晚飯。
