The pool and the gym were closed for the season. The rooms were nice, the breakfast was pretty good and the staff was super friendly and helpful.

Service was ok, it was the best choice in 29 palms. Breakfast and room were basically, but the room was super cheap. Would come again if visiting Joshua tree again.

Was going to rate a “1” but breakfast attendant was friendly. Room not clean. We planned to stay because of the hot tub. Filthy and cold. Apparently it has been broken for years. Shocked Best Western would put their name on this place. We will likely not be staying at Best Western properties in the future. Not shown: filthy pool and cold tub.

Break fast was ok. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.
The rooms were not very well insulated so relatively noisy, from neighbours above and each side.
Wifi worked reasonably well.

The hotel in the desert is simple but friendly. It’s very close to the west gate of Joshua Tree National Park, and once you enter you can visit the park’s most exciting attractions!

The hotel is in a prime location and is very convenient for visiting Joshua National Park. It takes about 10 minutes to drive from the hotel to the north entrance of the park. Taking advantage of the price, don't be too demanding on other hardware aspects of the hotel. Parking is free, breakfast is decent, and the staff is friendly.
