The room reeked of smoke. I did ask for a non-smoking room. The pool was broken. The ice machine on our end of the building was broken. I’ve uploaded pictures of the grossness that was our room. There were cigarette butts put out on the back of the toilet. The amount of dust and grime on everything I was scared to touch anything. I do not recommend this hotel.

I told them that I had two service dogs and they wanted the papers on both even though right on their tags that they can only ask if they are service animals and if they are trained to do something. Then at 10:30 at night we are told that we have to have 100 dollars cash even though our room was paid for for incidentals.

The room was very dirty. We had booked only because of the hot tub jet . There was no hot water for the tub. The room was extremely dirty. Found debrais by the bed. And even found a pain reliever pill on tbe floor by the ottoman! I will not be booking again
And because i booked with epedia no discounts were offered or available. Highly disappointed and feel ripped off. We traveled 15 hours for a family funeral and very upsetting day is an understatement

Disappointed
It was disappointing that they required a $100 security deposit because I reserved the room online through Hotels.com..it took five days to get the deposit refunded to my account. I will not be staying there again due to this policy

Even though I reserved a non smoking king room, I was told at their end it was a smoking king room. When I got there, they asked for $100 deposit and got it back at checkout after they check the room. It was a nice relaxing stay.

I was not even sure the room had been cleaned after the last guest had left, there were hairs on the counter, the paint was falling off the wall and the shower didn’t work
