we stayed here for one night - it's an ok hotel, walking distance from the train station which was a priority for us. The rooms were clean and in reasonable order and the breakfast was good. The one issue for us was the noise of the elevator - we were in room 112 which is located next to the elevator shaft - it was noisy as the lift seemed to be operating throughout the night.

We stayed in the painting apartment for 1 night. The location is excellent, near the center and Tower, the Miracles Square. This is the only positive factor in this structure. For the rest of the dirty, cold room with heat out, smell of muffa and towels already found wet, no bidet. If you want to use the air conditioner as heating, the dust of 1900 .... You enter with numerical code but instead of investing in technology (to not have to check in and check out personally) you would be better pay more attention to the cleaning and the care of the room and invest in this sense. The quality ratio price is very bad. In the room attention to the very high degree that leads from the bedroom to the bathroom .... very dangerous

The hotel is perfectly located literally 2 minutes from The Leaning Tower. The street outside has plenty restaurants, supermarkets and small shops. Our room was on the first floor. Basic, but very clean with a small fridge and ensuite facilities. Also on the first floor is a small roof terrace where you can have breakfast or drinks overlooking the Tower. You can buy chilled beer, wine and soft drinks from reception. The staff are a real credit to the hotel: very friendly, courteous and helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending Hotel Franceso.

Close to the station! I am satisfied because it is a distance to walk enough and Pisa on foot! The cleanliness was good and the reception was friendly.

Visited this place booked last minute due to other locations being in lock down. This place is brilliant. Nice located within 5 minutes walk of the tower and 10 minutes to the main shops. The premises is nice and clean and well presented. Spoke to Luca beforehand who only asked that we text him ahead to let him know what time we were arriving. Met by a very pleasant and knowledgeable receptionist who booked us in and proceeded to give us a map with recommendations of things to do which was very helpful. Also recommended a very nice restaurant I-Santi a few doors away which was brilliant and subject of a separate review. The room was large and had it’s own balcony with table chairs and other bits of furniture. The tower was viewable from the balcony photo attached. The added touch was the supplied breakfast the following morning which had a full continental choice. Wouldn’t hesitate to stop here again, well done to Luca and the team
B&B Villa Regina

The bb is located in a strategic location, 15 minutes walk from the historical centre. The area is residential but quiet even in the evening. It has an internal parking, for us a great thing. The structure is a very beautiful old villa outdoor. The room was on the ground floor, wide and clean, with fridge, heating and TV. The small bathroom, but with clothes and toiletries. The rooms would be a little modernized, the structure would earn so much as it is very beautiful. The inside of the land, the noises of the entrance door and the passage of the other guests are unfortunately very much heard: we haven't enjoyed breakfast but would be nice to put a distributor for hot drinks even for payment. In any case we stayed 2 nights and we were good.
