"this is the worst hotel i’ve ever been to!! i strongly recommend never coming here, the staff are so incredibly rude more specifically the men, they don’t talk just grunt and make you feel so intimidated and uncomfortable to ask for anything, i went with my family and we didn’t feel we got our moneys worth coz we just wanted to avoid the bar as a whole. the only staff member who made it a slightly better experience was sunina who was very lovely and checked on you often. the food was alright but the buffet is absolutely tiny, so if you have any picky eaters or dietary requirements you will struggle a lot, we had to go out for food quite often and none of the staff have any idea what allergens are in the food. the rooms weren’t too bad however our room quickly became infested with bugs there a little small but fine for a short stay. the sunbeds were also a big problem as there was a policy saying no one was allowed to reserve any and it was first come first serve however we were waking up at 6:30 am to all the beds gone every morning only to find out that people were reserving them in the night! when we figured this out we managed to reserve our own sunbeds that were incredibly uncomfortable and many were broken, the two pools that are advertised in facilities is the pool you see in the pictures and a tiny kid pool. when you checkout at 11 you loose your room and they have no luggage room and a public shower with no lock and is water logged and dirty. due to that we had to pay to keep our room for the day and the cost was €70! when you checkout at 11oclock your all inclusive also ends and even if you purchase your room for the day you still have to pay on top of that money €10 per person to continue it even if you didn’t get there till 12am on your first night and werent able to use any of the hotel’s facilities that whole day, even after a lot of us complaining about this as the same thing happened to many families they refused reason and wouldn’t listen to anybody’s complaints, so we had to spend an extra €100 on our last day and we had no idea of this untill we got there ,i’ve never been to an all inclusive where they cut you off on your last day and demand more money? if you want a very quiet holiday this would be good as your essentially in the middle of no where, jet 2 offer no excursions so unless you have the money to hire a car it’s more of a stay in the hotel the whole time kind of holiday, many people were complaining about the kids screaming around the pool but there isn’t anything else there to keep them entertained, the whole time we were there we only had entertainment on two of the nights so the atmosphere wasn’t great. i will say tho the general maintence of the rooms everyday and the gardeners were great, very hard workers, another thing i noticed is it seems all the staff live in the hotel underground in tiny rooms together with no windows, wich might explain why they were all miserable. cyprus as a whole is big stray cat are"

"Lovely little oasis with super friendly hosts and nice rooms. Breakfast was very nice with sausage, bacon and eggs followed by fruit and cake. Lovely pool. They don’t do dinner but you are only 5 minutes drive from Pissouri square which has lots of options."

"The pool really needs fixing and cleaning up . My daughters both got bad rashes after swimming In it and the owners weren’t concerned . Other children did too The owners didn’t really speak or acknowledge us The room was ok , the fold up beds though were about dead but managed for the week The toilets for the pool bar areas are disgusting and i wouod t let me kids go in them on their own , only went when had checked out as desperate Lovely location to the beach and sea could have so much more potential Also be aware if arrive at night as we did , pitch black and no staff to greet you just a piece of paper with out none on to follow a map . The map was faded so couldn’t see. We had seen reviews of this so expecting it but no ideal after a long journey with kids"

"A very comfortable and well equipped apartment in Pissouri Bay. The bed was excellent and both the sitting room and the bedroom had efficient air conditioning. The kitchen has enough equipment for simple meals too. Highlight of the apartments is the pool area - clean, well maintained, and a pleasure to either swim or sunbathe. The apartments are about 1.5kms from the beach which might be an issue for some, but there is plenty of parking both at the apartments and at Pissouri Bay if you have a car."

"Villa No1. Paid €3000 cash, to stay at this place for a month. September 2022, (On recommendation) It's rundown, dirty. After the first 2 weeks, no cleaning was done, no bins emptied. This place is a filthy disgrace. The fridge was damaged and we wouldn't dare use the cooker, it was disgusting. If I could give this a Zero I most definitely would. We informed the owner, Panikos about all the issues to no avail. Stay away from this operator who when he gets hold of your cash, disappears."
