Coming back from New Haven to Michigan. Stop there for a night.

The check in front desk service was very friendly and knowledgeable! The hotel was clean and nice. The beds were comfortable, the shower got hot and steamy! The bathroom products like soap, lotion and etc smelled nice and refreshing! We overslept so we missed breakfast but the breakfast aroma lingered throughout the lobby and was pleasant. Nice & clean overall!

Stayed their many times before. I feel the hotel the service is degraded and also breakfast cery cheap options. No housekeeping to come for service. It's ok for a night stay.

Friendly, helpful, courteous personnel. Breakfast okay - just basic.

Rooms are out dated . Really small and poor lighting , good water pressure in the shower and rooms are clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful, location is not so good

The facilities and location was good

朝食付きでよかったのと、部屋はきれいでフロントの人も対応が良かったのです。しかし、ホテルが坂の上にあるのと、バス停が歩いて20分かかるので、冬は特に雪も積もってUberが必要でした。
