This place would be great for a group of families who knew each other. For us, it was a little bit noisy from the neighbouring guests. There is no real indoor 'living' to speak of, so people tend to stay on their verandah outdoors, and this contributes to the noise. There were internet issues as well. The staff were very friendly, and the location is quiet but pretty handy - a short walk away from a beautiful little beach, and a short drive from many other beaches, and dining.

Super obiekt z 3 sypialniami i dużym tarasemz którego jest doskonały widok na morze. Basen , parking i kilkanascie krokow nad morze przy ktorym jest fajna knajpa. Bezproblemowa,miła obsluga. Polecam bardzo bo okolice przepiękne i na pewno wrócę jak będzie okazja

Posto stupendo, struttura nuovissima e pulitissima, personale disponibile e gentile, pronto a risolvere qualsiasi inconveniente, un posto in cui ritorneremo sicuramente. Mare a due passi, e un ristorante con terrazza sul mare dove fanno una pizza buonissima.

Appartamento fantastico con vista sul mare, casa super accogliente super pulita e ben attrezzata per ogni esigenza. Staff molto cordiale e cerca di soddisfare ogni richiesta nel miglior modo possibile. La mattina fare colazione sul terrazzo è impagabile nella quiete e nel relax, il mare a pochi passi , ma è presente anche la piscina in alternativa, insomma si adatta a tutte le esigenze sia dei grandi ma anche dei bambini, le bici a disposizione sono un ottimo metodo sia per le cose essenziali come la spesa, ma anche un alternativa per trascorrere il tempo, un posto veramente bellissimo e curato

Esperienza positiva!!! Siamo stati ad agosto nella struttura eravamo in un appartamento da 7 persone. La casetta era piccola ma dotata di tutti i confort compresa aria condizionata. Siamo stati accolti da Alessandro che si è messo totalmente a disposizione per ogni nostra necessità. La struttura è in posizione centrale. Nelle vicinanze raggiungibile anche a piedi c’è una piccola spiaggia che però prevede un percorso poco agevole sugli scogli. Abbiamo visitato la stupenda Tropea e le splendide spiagge di Zambrone , la spiaggia paradiso del Sub e la spiaggia di Michelino. Unico neo, un solo bagno in una casetta per 7 ospiti, ma Alessandro ci ha informati che devono fare dei lavori per fare un altro bagno. Quindi che dire? Top

Piccolo weekend con degli amici e troviamo questo residence a Briatico. A due passi dalla strada principale e a pochi metri dal mare con la disponibilità di una caletta intima e bellissima. La struttura è un residence ben organizzato non solo per i diversi pacchetti che offrono insieme al soggiorno ma anche per la tipologia di appartamento. Ben curato e accessoriato di tutto il necessario;stanze climatizzate pulite e accoglienti. Bello il panorama e i servizi annessi. Disponibilità di piscina che aimè è unica per tutte le strutture e presente solo in una di quest'ultime. Come gioventù vuole la maggior parte del tempo è occupata dai ragazzini pertanto consiglio di prendere come riferimento il mare. Ottima la posizione a cavallo tra pizzo tropea e il rinomato paradiso del sub; con solo 10/15 minuti di auto o servizio navetta offerto dalla struttura si raggiungono comdamente. Prezzo nella media di zona.

Siamo stati dal 16 al 23 settembre, con i nostri due cani un labrador e un jack russell, appartamento spazioso e pulito con una bella veranda con vista mare, cucina grande con tutto il necessario. Piscina anche se non di grandissime dimensioni ben tenuta e pulita, presente una doccia esterna con acqua calda e lavatrice, Alessandro ragazzo gentile e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi informazioni. Posto tranquillo e situato in punto strategico per raggiungere le località vicine, Zambrone, Tropea, Pizzo, e le altre spiagge per chi vuole vedere tutta la Costa degli Dei. Con alcuni accorgimenti potrebbe ancora migliorare, magari un piccolo fornetto e sistemare il percorso degli scogli per raggiungere la spiaggia di sabbia
