Clarion Pointe Indianapolis Airport

I have never been so horrified in my life. The owner of this facility is absolutely vile, and I’m not sure how he is still in business. My sister and I were traveling across the country and arrived with six kids after driving all day for 11 hours. We were very excited to get settled and get some rest before we had to wake up and drive all day again. When we checked into our rooms, they looked dirty and extremely outdated. We checked our mattresses due to us both having a severe fear of bedbugs. Within two minutes of looking, we found six bedbug carcasses and the textbook “blood stains” that are present with a bedbug infestation. We immediately gathered our stuff to leave, and when we informed the owner, he was extremely rude to us. Told us that we were making up that he had bedbugs and that he would absolutely not be refunding our money. So we had to load our six tired kids back up in the car and drive another 40 minutes to the next available hotel and we were out $260. It has taken me a few days to write this review because I was still so mad. I would not recommend ANYONE stay at this disgusting place.

Glad we chose this hotel! Bed was very comfortable. Also enjoyed the free breakfast ….nice variety of food offered.

We stayed here before an early flight. We got in late and left early, so we weren't there long, but it was everything we needed. We even parked there for two weeks while on vacation, through Way.

No air Clean and check in was a breeze. Air didn't work asked twice for help and was told they weren't sure what the problem was. This is our second stay last visit was much better which is why your hotel was added to our favorites. We come that way often but will find another hotel next time. No air with a child with asthma and autism is horribly miserable for all involved.

Nothing to be critical about as far as hotel stay is concerned. I was not happy with the shuttle pickup upon arrival at the airport. I had to wait 1 hour and had to make 2 phone calls to the hotel requesting for a pickup.

Convenient, affordable hotel & night stay. NO KLEENEX Construction Workers kept us awake from 12MIDNITE thru 4AM!!!!!! Loud, Noisy, & Disrepectful!! Talking loudly in Hallways & room next door to us😡😡😡
